    En este proyecto se busca desarrollar herramientas a distintos niveles para los programas de mejora de frambuesa y arándano puestos en marcha recientemente por RdG, que faciliten los procesos de selección y mejora desarrollados en el marco de los mencionados programas. Se busca aumentar la variabilidad en el germoplasma de Rubus idaeus por lo que se pretende poner a punto un protocolo de introgresión de genes a partir de otras especies del mismo género, así como generar nuevas herramientas biotecnológicas que permitan medir la variabilidad genética en diferentes especies de Rubus spp. (frambuesa) y Vaccinum spp. (arándano). Esto permitirá seleccionar variedades útiles comercialmente, apoyándonos en modernas herramientas biotecnológicas, como son los marcadores moleculares. El cumplimiento de este objetivo conferirá a Rústicas del Guadalquivir S.L. una ventaja extra en el mercado, permitiéndole diferenciarse del resto de empresas competidoras. _x000D_ La disponibilidad de una nueva tecnología representa indudablemente un potencial muy grande de oportunidades, pero plantea también algunos problemas que es necesario resolver.     This project seeks to develop tools at different levels for the programmes to improve raspberry and cranberry recently launched by RDG, to facilitate the selection and improvement processes developed under the aforementioned programmes. The aim is to increase the variability in the germplasm of Rubus idaeus, so it is intended to develop a protocol of gene introgression from other species of the same genus, as well as to generate new biotechnological tools to measure genetic variability in different species of Rubus spp. (frambuesa) and Vaccinum spp. (bilberry). This will allow us to select useful varieties commercially, relying on modern biotechnological tools, such as molecular markers. Meeting this objective will give Rústicas del Guadalquivir S.L. an extra advantage in the market, allowing it to differentiate itself from other competing companies. _x000D_ the availability of a new technology undoubtedly represents a very large potential for opportunities, but it also poses some problems that need to be solved.
