FRUTO DEL EXITO Y LA VERSATILIDAD DEMOSTRATADOS POR LA MISION SMOS, LOS ESTADOS MIEMBROS DE ESA APROBARON LA EXTENSION DE LA MISION HASTA COMO MINIMO EL 2017, Y EN EL MOMENTO ACTUAL SE DISCUTE PONER EN MARCHA NUEVAS MISIONES DE EXPLOTACION DE LA RADIOMETRIA EN BANDA L. AL MISMO TIEMPO, LAS MAS TRADICIONALES MISIONES QUE OPERAN SENSORES ACTIVOS DE MICROONDAS (DIFUSOMETROS Y RADARES) COMPLETAN LA OBSERVACION RADIOMETRICA PROPORCIONANDO OBSERVACIONES FIABLES Y COMPLEMENTARIAS A LAS DE LA RADIOMETRIA, TAMBIEN BAJO CUALQUIER CONDICION METEROLOGICA_x000D_ EL PROYECTO PROMISES PRETENDE DEMOSTRAR EL POTENCIAL DE LA OBSERVACION DE LA TIERRA EN LAS MICROONDAS MEDIANTE TRES GRANDES EJES. AT THIS TIME THERE IS A GREAT INTEREST IN EXTENDING THE APPLICATIONS OF RADIOMETRIA IN L-BAND TO NEW AREAS, TRYING TO EXTRACT ITS MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. Fruit OF THE EXIT AND VERSATILITY DEMOSTRATED BY THE MISSION, ESA’s MEMBER STATES approved the extension of the mission as at the very least in 2017, and at the current time it is agreed to mark new RADIOMETRY EXPLOTACTION MISSIONS IN BANDA L. THE SAME TIME, the MORE TRADITIONAL MISSIONS OPERING ACTIVE SENSORS OF MICROONDAS (DIFUSOMETER AND RADARS) COMPLETE radiometric observation by providing reliable and complementary oBSERVATIONS to those of RADIOMETRIA, also under any METEROLOGICAL CONDITION_x000D_ THE PROJECT PROMISES PRESENT TO DEMOTE THE POTENTIAL OF THE OBSERVATION OF THE EARTH IN THE MEDIANT MICROONDAS THREE GREAT ACE. THE FIRST AXIS IS THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF CURRENT L-BAND OBSERVATIONS AND MORE SPECIFICALLY OF SMOS, BOTH AT PROCESSING LEVEL AND EXPLOITING SYNERGIES AND COMPLEMENTARITIES WITH OTHER SENSORS. THE SECOND AXIS CONSISTS OF DEMONSTRATING THE POTENTIAL OF THESE HIGH-QUALITY MEASURES THROUGH APPLICATIONS OF HIGH SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC IMPACT. THE THIRD AXIS CONSISTS OF THE ANALYSIS OF CURRENT TECHNOLOGY TO PROPOSE POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE INSTRUMENT AND PROCESSING TO DERIVE THE PRINCIPLES OF FUTURE SENSORS BASED ON THIS TECHNOLOGY. _x000D_ the PROJECT PROMISES FUNDAMENT IN THE fruitful ACTIVITIES ENTERNMENT TO THE THREE FIRST EQUIPMENTS RESEARCHING WITHOUT THE COUNCIL OF 1994, and that since 2007 were vertebrates through the EXPERTO BEC CENTRE, whether or not in the current situation supports and VISIBILITY to the SPANISH PARTICIPATION IN SOS, SPECIALLY FROM 2013 BEC assumed the OPERATIONAL PRODUCTION OF PRODUCTIONS OF HIGH LEVEL SYSTEM IN THE CP34-BEC (English)
