Lo que se pretende es instalar un sistema de control de consumos energéticos y monitoreo en dos de sus principales líneas productivas, siendo estas la línea TC (Tortilla Chip) y la línea MT (Maíz Tostado)._x000D_ El objetivo del sistema es capturar los consumos energéticos de agua, gas, vapor y electricidad que se consumen en la línea, con el fin de identificar objetivamente el coste energético por unidad producida. Además, el hecho de conocer en todo momento y de forma fácil e intuitiva todos los consumos, permitirá tener mayor control del rendimiento de las líneas y hacer actuaciones enfocadas al ahorro energético. The aim is to install an energy consumption control and monitoring system in two of its main production lines, these being the TC line (Tortilla Chip) and the MT line (Tostado Corn)._x000D_ The objective of the system is to capture the energy consumptions of water, gas, steam and electricity consumed on the line, in order to objectively identify the energy cost per unit produced. In addition, the fact of knowing at all times and in an easy and intuitive way all consumption, will allow you to have greater control of the performance of the lines and perform actions focused on energy saving.
