    El objetivo general del presente Proyecto es el desarrollo experimental de aceros inoxidables austeníticos, referencias AISI 304 y AISI 304L, destinado a aplicaciones de embutición profunda que requieren un producto de alto valor añadido, modificando la morfología del contenido inclusionario, de manera que no suponga un obstáculo en la fluencia del material durante la embutición; inalcanzable con los medios productivos actuales de un modo sostenible y eficiente, a través del desarrollo experimental de nuevos modelos de simulación avanzados, basados en novedosas técnicas de soft computing, con el objetivo de obtener una mejora sustancial en las condiciones operativas de las diferentes etapas del proceso de fabricación de los aceros inoxidables austeníticos. _x000D_ Para lograr el objetivo principal, el presente Proyecto pretende desarrollar experimentalmente un nuevo proceso productivo para la fabricación de aceros inoxidables austeníticos, referencias AISI 304 y AISI 304L, destinado a aplicaciones de embutición profunda._x000D_ Gracias a la ejecución de este Proyecto ACERINOX EUROPA podrá controlar los parámetros más relevantes que intervienen en el proceso de colada continua, durante las etapas de agitación en la Cuchara de Colada y en la Artesa, analizando su influencia en la calidad del producto final con el fin último de asegurar un grado de limpieza inclusionaria óptimo para la fabricación de un nuevo acero destinado a aplicaciones de embutición profunda, reduciendo significativamente la aparición de defectos superficiales que puedan originarse en el acero y por tanto, mejorándolo sustancialmente en términos de calidad con respecto a los aceros comercializados actualmente.     The general objective of this project is the experimental development of austenitic stainless steels, references AISI 304 and AISI 304L, intended for deep drawing applications that require a high added value product, modifying the morphology of the inclusion content, so that it does not hinder the flow of the material during filling; unreachable with the current productive means in a sustainable and efficient way, through the experimental development of new advanced simulation models, based on innovative soft computing techniques, with the aim of obtaining a substantial improvement in the operational conditions of the different stages of the manufacturing process of the austenitic stainless steels. _x000D_ to achieve the main objective, this Project aims to develop experimentally a new production process for the manufacture of austenitic stainless steels, references AISI 304 and AISI 304L, intended for deep-drawing applications._x000D_ Thanks to the execution of this Project ACERINOX EUROPA will be able to control the most relevant parameters involved in the continuous casting process, during the agitation stages in the Colada Spoon and the Artesa, analysing its influence on the quality of the final product in order to ensure a significant degree of cleaning in the continuous casting process, during the agitation stages in the Colada Spoon and in the Artesa, analysing its influence on the quality of the final product in order to ensure a significant degree of cleaning in the process of continuous casting, for the better terms of the origination of the steel, and in the crafts, analysing its influence on the quality of the final product in order to ensure a significant degree of cleaning in the current production process.
