Con el fin de mejorar la accesibilidad y la movilidad en el área de actuación , se propone la construcción de una vía ciclista con el fin de primer lugar, la mejora de la seguridad en el acceso peatonal así como en ciclos y vehículos de baja potencia en los barrios; y en segundo lugar, la ampliación de carriles bici y mejora de la intermodalidad, reurbanización introduciendo carriles bici en los dos grandes vía urbanas de la zona norte del Distrito, como continuación de la red existente y nexo intermodal con la SE-30.
