    El objetivo principal de este proyecto consiste por una parte en evaluar la incidencia del patógeno Armillaria en distintas parcelas de la bodega, para establecer nuevas estrategias de control basadas en el uso de nanopartículas como pesticidas biológicos. Por otro lado, la selección y aislamiento de levaduras autóctonas, para poder obtener unas especificas, dentro de la diversidad existente en el viñedo con el que cuenta en Ribeira Sacra. _x000D_ Objetivos específicos: _x000D_ •Conocer la incidencia y distribución del género Armillaria en los viñedos de la bodega, donde puede haber mayor riesgo._x000D_ •Estudiar la correlación de la incidencia de la enfermedad con factores geomorfológicos, edáficos y climatológicos y con factores de producción (variedades portainjerto, marcos de plantación, edad viñedo, sistema de cultivo, etc._x000D_ •Evaluar técnicas para el control de las especies de Armillaria detectadas en viñedo y aplicar productos basados en nanopartículas la aplicación de formulaciones biológicas_x000D_ •Aislamiento y selección de levaduras autóctonas, caracterizándolas y realizando microvinificaciones, para ver las características que aportan a los vinos de Rectoral de Amandi y poder obtener un vino diferenciado de alta calidad._x000D_ •Pruebas de levaduras autóctonas en mostos monovarietales, para ver que matices aportan a estos vinos y elaborar posteriormente distintos coupages, que sacar al mercado. _x000D_ •Estudio comparativo de levaduras que mejor resultado han dado en las variedades de la empresa respecto a las nuevas levaduras.     The main objective of this project is to evaluate the incidence of Armillaria pathogen in different plots of the winery, in order to establish new control strategies based on the use of nanoparticles as biological pesticides.
