THESE ARE RISKS THAT HAVE EXISTED BEFORE, BUT DIFFERENT ELEMENTS THAT CAN BE APPRECIATED IN MODERN LABOUR RELATIONS SYSTEMS HAVE EXACERBATED THE EXTENSION OF THESE RISKS, POSING A REAL RISK TO THE HEALTH OF WORKERS. _x000D_ among the new elements to be highlighted may be highlighted, to the least, THREE: A) THE INCORPORATION OF ICTS INTO PRODUCTION SYSTEMS AND THE CONSEQUENT EMERGENCE OF ELEMENTS OF TECHNOLOGICAL STRESS, GENERATING NEW WAYS OF PROVIDING WORK (ALSO REMOTELY OR TELEWORKING) AND LEADING TO THE APPLICATION OF SYSTEMS TO MONITOR THE PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTIVITY OF WORKERS, B) THE INTEGRATION OF WOMEN INTO THE LABOUR MARKET ON A GENERAL BASIS, WHICH HAS FORCED THE DEVELOPMENT OF POLICIES AND MEASURES TO RECONCILE FAMILY AND WORKING LIFE IN ORDER TO RECONCILE FAMILY CARE AND CARE RESPONSIBILITIES WITH PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES; THE DIFFICULTIES CAUSED BY THIS COMPATIBILITY CREATE BOTH MALE AND FEMALE LABOUR CONFLICTS ACCOMPANIED BY PATHOLOGICAL PROCESSES AND HEALTH DISTURBANCES, WHICH CONSTITUTE ABSENTEEISM AT WORK OR ABANDONMENT FROM WORK; C) APARICTION OF LABORAL RISKS TRADITIONALLY KNOWN BY WORKING, CALIFICATION AND JURIDICAL TUTELA DOES MUCH BY TIME, AS THE WORKING WORKING (in their variating differences), the STRESS or the BURNOUT DEVELOPED OF A PRODUCTIVE ORGANISATION OF DEVELOPMENT AND AGAINST AGAINST AGAINST HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE COMPANY.NEW TECHNICAL RISK DETECTIONS FOR HEALTH IN THE WORK CENTRESS IN SPECIAL HINCAPY IN THE REFECTION AND CONSEQUENCES OF “psychosocial” denominated in the measure in which it takes time to become visible and be subject to recognition, protection, care and erection._x000D_ from the point of view of the local judiciary, psychosocial risks and their effects on the health of the worker are presented, in the first place, by Juridical QALIFICATION PROBLEMS. THEIR CONSIDERATION AS WORK-RELATED DISEASES COULD BE ESTIMATED IF THERE IS A CAUSAL LINK BETWEEN THE WORKING CONDITIONS AND THE PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK SUFFERED (THEREBY, THEY WOULD BE ASSIMILATED TO ACCIDENTS AT WORK, LEADING TO A LIKELY INCREASE IN JOB CASUALTY STATISTICS IN OUR COUNTRY). Their QALIFICATION AS COMMUN DISEASED would allow them to be redirected to SUSCEPTIBLE CASES OF PRODUCT TEMPORAL INCAPACITY, IF WHERE, GET THE LONG DURATION OF THIS TYPE OF PATOLOGIAS, IGUALMENT, WORKING PURCHASED TO WORK PERMANENT INFORMATION._x000D_ THE NUCLEO ULTIME analysis will focus on verifying alternative conditions for the prevention of psychosocial risk factors in the company, specifically, the formation, information and technology of protection of them.
