Namen projekta je z izvedbo dveh dolgih programov socialne aktivacije prispevati k boljšim socialnim, funkcionalnim in delovnim spretnostim oseb iz ciljne skupine, krepitvi njihove moči in motiviranosti za aktivacijo ter zaposlitvenega potenciala. Cilj projekta je dvig kompetenc, ki bodo udeležence približale vstopu na trg dela. Cilj projekta je tudi spodbujanje socialne vključenosti oseb iz ciljne skupine ter boj proti revščini in kakršnikoli diskriminaciji. Z okrepljenim povezovanjem deležnikov v regijski enoti (Ajdovščina, Nova Gorica) bomo v sklopu projekta prispevali k še boljšemu sodelovanju in skupnemu delovanju pri delu s ciljno skupino. By implementing two long social activation programmes, the project aims to contribute to improving the social, functional and working skills of people from the target group, strengthening their strength and motivation for activation and their employment potential. The aim of the project is to raise competences that will bring participants closer to entering the labour market. The project also aims at promoting the social inclusion of people from the target group and combating poverty and any discrimination. By strengthening the involvement of stakeholders in the regional unit (Ajdovščina, Nova Gorica), the project will contribute to even better cooperation and joint engagement in the work with the target group.
