    EL PROYECTO SURGE DE LA CRECIENTE PREOCUPACION QUE EXISTE ACERCA DE LA PRESENCIA DE CONTAMINANTES NO INCLUIDOS ENTRE LOS PRIORITARIOS, TAMBIEN DENOMINADOS EMERGENTES, EN MEDIOS ESTUARICOS Y COSTEROS. DADA LA GRAN VARIEDAD DE COMPUESTOS QUIMICOS, LAS BAJAS CONCENTRACIONES EN LAS QUE NORMALMENTE SE ENCUENTRAN Y LOS EFECTOS TODAVIA DESCONOCIDOS SOBRE LOS ORGANISMOS, EXISTE LA NECESIDAD DE PRIORIZARLOS PARA LLEVAR A CABO LA MONITORIZACION Y EVALUACION DE LOS RIESGOS AMBIENTALES EN EL MARCO DE LA LEGISLACION EUROPEA. EN ESTE PROYECTO SE HA DISEÑADO UNA PROPUESTA QUE OFREZCA RESPUESTA A TRES AMBITOS COMPLEMENTARIOS COMO SON: I) EL DESARROLLO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS ANALITICOS Y TECNOLOGIAS SEGURAS PARA LA DETERMINACION DE TRAZAS DE CONTAMINANTES EMERGENTES EN AGUAS COSTERAS Y EN BIOTA; II) LA EVALUACION DE LOS EFECTOS OBSERVADOS EN ORGANISMOS (MEJILLON Y LUBINA) EXPUESTOS A ESTOS CONTAMINANTES, Y, III) ENSAYOS AVANZADOS DE BIOACCESIBILIDAD Y BIODISPONIBILIDAD ORAL DE CONTAMINANTES CLASICOS Y EMERGENTES, DE FORMA QUE PUEDAN DAR SOPORTE A LAS EVALUACIONES DE RIESGO AMBIENTAL._x000D_ COMO CONSECUENCIA, PARA ESTE PROYECTO SE HAN PRESELECCIONADO UN AMPLIO ABANICO DE COMPUESTOS EMERGENTES (PIRORRETARDANTES ORGANICOS, COMPUESTOS POLI/PERFLUORADOS Y COMPUESTOS FARMACEUTICOS Y DE HIGIENE PERSONAL) Y SE HA CONCEBIDO UN PROYECTO COORDINADO QUE LOS TRES AMBITOS MENCIONADOS. EL DESARROLLO DE METODOS DE ANALISIS AVANZADOS INCLUYE UNA FASE INCIAL DE SELECCION E IDENTIFICACION DE LOS CONTAMINANTES EMERGENTES PRESENTES EN AGUAS COSTERAS Y EN BIOTA (MEJILLON) A TRAVES DE SCREENING CON SISTEMAS DE ESPECTROMETRIA DE MASAS DE ALTA RESOLUCION (QTOF), Y UNA POSTERIOR, QUE DESARROLLARA METODOS ESPECIFICOS PARA LOS CONTAMINANTES IDENTIFICADOS QUE REPRESENTEN UN MAYOR IMPACTO AMBIENTAL. ESTE AMBITO SE COMPLETA CON UNA MONITORIZACION EXHAUSTIVA DE MEJILLON EN LA COSTA GALLEGA POR SU INTERES ALIMENTARIO. EL AMBITO RELATIVO A LA EXPOSICION DE LOS ORGANISMOS A ESTOS CONTAMINANTES EMERGENTES TAMBIEN CONTEMPLA DOS ESTUDIOS DIFERENTES. POR UNA PARTE, SE DESARROLLARAN LOS SISTEMAS DE MUESTREO PASIVO PARA LOS COMPUESTOS SELECCIONADOS E IDENTIFICADOS ANTERIORMENTE. POR OTRA PARTE SE REALIZARAN EXPERIMENTOS DE EXPOSICION DE PECES (LUBINA) Y MEJILLON A ESTOS CONTAMINANTES COMBINADOS CON LOS SISTEMAS DE MUESTREO PASIVO. EL FINALIDAD ES RELACIONAR LA FRACCION BIODISPONIBLE EN AGUA CON LOS EFECTOS TOXICOLOGICOS OBSERVADOS. PARA ESTO ULTIMO SE HA DISEÑADO UNA BATERIA DE MEDIDAS QUE VAN DESDE LA DETERMINACION DE LA CONCENTRACION ACUMULADA, ENSAYOS CON BIOMARCDORES DE EXPOSICION Y LA ELABORACION DEL PERFIL METABOLOMICO. EN EL TERCER AMBITO SE CONTEMPLA EL DESARROLLO DE METODOS AUTOMATICOS IN-VITRO PARA LA DETERMINACION DE LA FRACCION BIOACCESIBLE Y BIODISPONIBLE DE DICHOS CONTAMINANTES EN BIOTA USANDO CONDICIONES FISIOLOGICAS SIMULADAS Y LA MINIATURIZACION DE TESTS ECOTOXICOLOGICOS._x000D_ COMO RESULTADO, ES DE ESPERAR QUE SE COMPRENDAN PARCIALMENTE LAS VIAS DE INTERACCION DE ESTOS CONTAMINANTES CON LOS ORGANISMOS Y QUE SE PUEDA PROPORCIONAR LAS HERRAMIENTAS QUE FACILITEN LA TOMA DE DECISIONES EN MATERIAS RELATIVAS AL RIESGO AMBIENTAL Y A LA SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA._x000D_ EL SUBPROYECTO 2 SE CENTRARA EN DESARROLLO METODOLOGICO Y EN SU APLICACION A LOS BANCOS MARISQUEROS Y BATEEROS DE GALICIA. IN THIS PROJECT, A PROPOSAL HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO RESPOND TO THREE COMPLEMENTARY AREAS, SUCH AS: THE DEVELOPMENT OF SAFE ANALYTICAL PROCEDURES AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TRACES OF EMERGING POLLUTANTS IN COASTAL WATERS AND BIOTA; The evaluation of effects observed in organic products (mussel and libanin) exposing these pollutants, and, (III) advanced bioaccessibility and biodisponability oral-contaminant biodisponsibilities, FORM that can support environmental risk assessments._x000D_ AS CONSEQUENCY, for this project a ABANIC ENVIRONMENT OF EMERGENCY COMPOSES (Organic Pyro-retardants, POLI COMPOSES/perfluorates and PHARMACEUTIC AND PERSONAL HIGIENE COMPOSES) have been pre-selected. and there has been a co-ordinated project that the three MECTED AMBITS. THE DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED ANALYSIS METHODS INCLUDES AN INITIAL PHASE OF SELECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF EMERGING POLLUTANTS PRESENT IN COASTAL WATERS AND IN BIOTA (MUSSEL) THROUGH SCREENING WITH HIGH RESOLUTION MASS SPECTROMETRY SYSTEMS (QTOF), AND A SUBSEQUENT PHASE THAT WILL DEVELOP SPECIFIC METHODS FOR IDENTIFIED POLLUTANTS THAT REPRESENT A GREATER ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. THIS AREA IS COMPLETED WITH AN EXHAUSTIVE MONITORING OF MUSSELS ON THE GALICIAN COAST FOR ITS FOOD INTERESTS. THE SCOPE OF EXPOSURE OF ORGANISMS TO THESE EMERGING POLLUTANTS ALSO INCLUDES TWO DIFFERENT STUDIES. ON THE ONE HAND, PASSIVE SAMPLING SYSTEMS FOR THE COMPOUNDS SELECTED AND IDENTIFIED ABOVE WILL BE DEVELOPED. ON THE OTHER HAND, EXPERIMENTS ON EXPOSURE OF FISH (LUBINE) AND MUSSEL TO THESE POLLUTANTS COMBINED WITH PASSIVE SAMPLING SYSTEMS WILL BE CARRIED OUT. THE PURPOSE IS TO RELATE THE BIOAVAILABLE FRACTION IN WATER TO THE OBSERVED TOXICOLOGICAL EFFECTS. TO THIS END, WE HAVE DESIGNED A BATTERY OF MEASUREMENTS RANGING FROM THE DETERMINATION OF THE ACCUMULATED CONCENTRATION, TESTS WITH BIOMARCDORES OF EXPOSURE AND THE ELABORATION OF THE METABOLOMICO PROFILE. In the third environment the development of in-vitro automatic methods for the determination of bioaccessible and bioavailable FRACTIONS OF CONTAINING CONDITIONS in simulated physiological conditions AND the miniaturisation of ECOTOXICOLOGICAL TESTS._x000D_ as completed, it is to be hoped that the journeys for the interlation of these agreements with organisations and which can be proposed to provide the tools that facilitate the taking of decisions in relation to environmental risks and food security will be purchased._x000D_ Sub-project 2 will focus on METHODOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AND IN YOUR APPLICATION to the shellfish and bateers of GALICIA.
