    Los sistemas tecnológicos actuales que sustentan la economía digital tienen una complejidad creciente (cpd, redes, bases de datos y aplicaciones). Las incidencias e ineficiencias técnicas provocan malas experiencias de usuario, bajada de la calidad del servicio y elevados costes por IT. Las tecnologías clásicas de supervisión de la experiencia del usuario final (EUEM) y monitorizaciones IT resultan insuficientes para evaluar cómo los usuarios consideran la calidad de la aplicación o del servicio y reducir los costes IT. Proponemos la creación de la Oficina de Rendimiento Digital: una herramienta capaz de combinar diferentes de fuentes de datos para crear modelos que describan la interacción de los agentes digitales con la cartera de aplicaciones y servicios de su empresa (DEM ¿ Digital Experience Management), y de conectar mediante filosofía DevOps a todos los agentes involucrados: BUSINESS, OPERACIONES IT, DESARROLLO para poder realizar cambios ágiles en los sistemas para satisfacer (Spanish)

    Current technological systems that support the digital economy have increased complexity (cpd, networks, databases and applications). Incidents and technical inefficiencies cause bad user experiences, lowering the quality of service and higher IT costs.
