Namen javnega razpisa je povečati vključenost odraslih v vseživljenjsko učenje (VŽU) ter izboljšati kompetence, ki jih potrebujejo zaradi potreb na trgu dela, večje zaposljivosti in mobilnosti ter osebnega razvoja in delovanja v sodobni družbi.Cilj javnega razpisa je izboljšati temeljne in poklicne kompetence odraslih, ki so nižje izobraženi (manj kot štiriletna srednja šola oziroma vključno z ISCED 3 - nižje poklicno in srednje poklicno izobraževanje) in manj usposobljeni, s poudarkom na starejših od 45 let.Predmet javnega razpisa je sofinanciranje izvajanja izobraževalnih programov za odrasle (v nadaljnjem besedilu: programi) za pridobitev temeljnih in poklicnih kompetenc, s poudarkom na razvoju kompetenc s področja informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij. The purpose of the public call is to increase the participation of adults in lifelong learning (LLP) and to improve the competences they need due to labour market needs, increased employability and mobility, as well as personal development and functioning in a modern society. The objective of the public call is to improve the basic and professional competences of adults who are less educated (less than four years of secondary school or including ISCED 3 — lower vocational and secondary vocational education) and less qualified, with a focus on the age of 45 years.The subject of the call is to co-finance the implementation of educational programmes for adults (hereinafter: programmes) for the acquisition of basic and professional competences, with a focus on the development of ICT competences.
