Desarrollo de un software SaaS sobre soporte web para la gestión asistida de la prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales y Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud en obras de construcción. _x000D_ _x000D_ La base de datos del sistema almacenará toda la información obtenida y la relacionará para mostrar resultados agregados en cuanto a la gestión del control de seguridad, cumplimiento de obligaciones preventivas por parte del contratista, su gestión documental, visitas realizadas a obra por cada agente, definición y seguimiento de no conformidades, registro de sus propuestas de solución y verificación de su cumplimiento. El sistema presentará a cada usuario sus tareas pendientes de realización, junto con las notificaciones, documentos e informes pendientes de redacción, lectura, revisión o aprobación, por parte de cada uno, conduciendo así el flujo de trabajo conforme a un procedimiento estandarizado para la gestión preventiva en obra. Development of SaaS software on web support for the assisted management of Occupational Risk Prevention, Coordination of Business Activities and Safety and Health Coordination in construction works. _x000D_ _x000D_ It will Integrate in the platform all the agents that participate in occupational risk prevention on the worksite, monitoring the fulfilment of the established Preventive Plan and managing the exchange of information and the documentary support of actions carried out. It will ensure compliance with the obligations attributed to each one, established in the preventive procedures of the promoter, RD 1627 1997, which establishes the minimum health and safety provisions in construction works, and the other applicable legislation. It will be especially useful for project managers and other works control supervisors, who, being responsible for multiple simultaneous works, have a special need for a visual and integrated system for their supervision. It is not limited to document exchange, but will use a system of scheduled tasks to establish Preventive Programming, then monitoring the activity of each related agent to establish in real time, using indicators, deviations._x000D_ _x000D_ The systemNULLs database will store all the information obtained and will relate it to show aggregate results regarding the management of security control, fulfillment of preventive obligations by the contractor, its document management, visits made to work by each agent, definition and monitoring of non-conformities, registration of their proposed solutions and verification of compliance. The system will present their pending tasks to each user, along with notifications, documents and reports pending writing, reading, review or approval, by each one, thus leading the workflow according to a standardised procedure for preventive management in work.
