Extraction of antioxidant components from waste blueberries, checking their beneficial properties and obtaining a product allowing the company to enter the market for natural extracts, both for food and cosmetics._x000D_ Among the bioactive compounds in blueberries are anthocyanins: natural colourants that are non-toxic and hydrosoluble, and can be used as food colouring. Their antioxidant properties also make them beneficial to health. _x000D_ It is expected that the results from the project will be on the market in the short term, due to BRP (Berries Redox Product) and the kit to quantify the anthocyanins generated during the project.
