Los núcleos urbanos de Son Parc, Arenal dén Castell, Punta Grossa, Coves Noves, Na Macaret y Port Addaia, situados todos ellos al noreste del término municipal de Es Mercadal, depuran las aguas residuales mediante fosas sépticas individuales y con pequeñas depuradoras._x000D_ El objeto de la actuación es la construcción de una nueva DAR en Addaia, las conducciones que transporten las aguas residuales hasta una nueva EDAR y un emisario submarino que envíe las aguas tratadas al mar.
