Obiectivul general al prezentului proiect consta in promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile si de calitate a fortei de munca si sprijinirea mobilitatii fortei de munca prin imbunatatirea accesului egal la invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii pentru toate grupurile de varsta intr-un cadrul formal, non-formal sau informal, asigurarea actualizarii cunostintelor si competentelor formei de munca si promovarea unor cai de invatare flexibile, inclusiv privind orientarea profesionala si validarea competentelor dobandite, cu rezultat direct in cresterea competitivitatii economice a firmelor active din Regiunea Vest. In stabilirea obiectivului general s-a tinut cont de concluziile analizelor ex-ante prezentate in Strategia Nationala pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca 2014-2020 si in Stategia Guvernamentala pentru Dezvoltarea Sectorului Intreprinderilor Mici si Mijlocii, cat si de concluziile analizei nevoilor de instruire culese prin chestionarea firmelor din regiune si a angajatilor acestora. Efectul pozitiv, pe termen lung, urmarit prin atingerea obiectivelor proiectului consta in crearea unei mase critice in populatia angajata din Regiunea Vest calificata, perfectionata si specializata care sa asigure in perioada post implementare un climat concurential potrivit obiectivelor de dezvoltare regionala asumate si o preocupare reala pentru dezvoltarea personala, identificare de mijloace de eficientizare a activitatii si atitudine pozitiva fata de munca. Proiectul este oportun si necesar deoarece contribuie in mod activ la indeplinirea obiectivului specific Programului. (Romanian)

The general objective of this project is to promote a sustainable and quality employment and support labour mobility by improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal framework, ensuring the updating of the knowledge and skills of the form of work and promoting flexible learning paths, including professional guidance and validation of acquired skills, with direct result in increasing the economic competitiveness of the companies active in the West Region. In setting the general objective, account was taken of the conclusions of the ex-ante analyses presented in the National Strategy for Employment 2014-2020 and in the Governmental Stategy for the Development of the Small and Medium Enterprises Sector, as well as the conclusions of the training needs analysis gathered by questioning the companies in the region and their employees. The positive, long-term effect pursued by the achievement of the project’s objectives is to create a critical mass in the employed population of the West Region qualified, perfected and specialised to ensure in the post-implementation period a competitive climate according to the regional development objectives assumed and a real concern for personal development, identification of means of efficiency of activity and positive attitude towards work. The project is timely and necessary because it actively contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the Programme. (English)
