OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului il reprezinta imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte /competente /aptitudini ale angajatilor care isi desfasoara activitatea in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI prin formare pentru un numar de 251 de angajati din cadrul Solicitantului, care activeaza in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv, identificate conform SNC si in domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI, pe durata a 18 luni in regiuni mai putin dezvoltate ale Romaniei. Proiectul se incadreaza in sectorul economic eligibil cu potential competitiv, conform SNC „Tehnologia informatiilor si telecomunicatii” si respectiv in domeniul de specializare inteligenta identificat de SNCDI – „Tehnologia informatiilor si a comunicatiilor spatiu si securitate”. Solicitantul isi desfasoara activitatea in cadrul codului CAEN eligibil autorizat „6201 Activitati de realizare a software-ului la comanda” din cadrul acestui sector, in Anexa nr. 5 Lista codurilor CAEN aferente directiilor de politica industriala mentionate in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate 2014-2020 la Ghidul Solicitantului, acest cod CAEN fiind incadrat la „Tehnologia informatiilor si comunicatiilor”. Precizam ca, in conformitate cu SNCDI, exista o legatura intrinseca intre acest sector si domeniul „Tehnologia informatiilor si telecomunicatii”, activitatea solicitantului incadrandu-se si in acest domeniu de specializare inteligenta. Astfel, activitatea realizata de Solicitant este incadrata atat intr-un sector economic competitiv (conform SNC), cat si intr-un domeniu de specializare inteligenta (conform SNCDI), iar prin atingerea obiectivului general se va facilita dezvoltarea competitivitatii fortei de munca din Romania, in vederea reducerii disparitatilor de dezvoltare dintre regiunile Statelor Membre ale UE, in acest fel obiectivul fiind convergent cu obiectivul general al Fondului Social European. Conform SNCDI si acestui ghid, si asa cum reiese din Certificatul constatator atasat la sectiunea "Solicitant", activitatea solicitantului este direct corelata cu domeniul de specializare inteligenta identificat prin SNCDI ”Tehnologia informatiilor si a comunicatiilor spatiu si securitate”, elementul central al activitatii sale si valorile sale fundamentale vizand inovarea, excelenta si spiritul antreprenorial. Activitatea firmei este in mod direct corelata cu valorile si obiectivele SNCDI, regasindu-se in principiile de actiune ale Strategiei la „Pilonul 1. Firmele devin actori cheie ai inovarii - Asumarea riscului unui comportament inovator este stimulata prin mecanisme fiscale si sprijinita prin instrumente financiare publice si private.” – acesta fiind unul dintre cei 3 piloni principali care sustin principiile de actiune ale Strategiei. The GENERAL objective of the project is to improve the level of knowledge/competence/skills of the employees working in the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI through training for a number of 251 employees within the Applicant, who work in the economic sectors with competitive potential, identified according to the NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI, over 18 months in less developed regions of Romania. The project falls within the eligible economic sector with competitive potential, according to SNC “Information and Telecommunications Technology” and respectively in the field of intelligent specialisation identified by SNCDI – “Information Technology and Space and Security Communications”. The applicant carries out his activity within the authorised eligible CAEN code “6201 Software-on-order activities” within this sector, in Annex no. 5 List of CAEN codes related to the industrial policy directions mentioned in the National Strategy for Competitiveness 2014-2020 at the Applicant’s Guide, this CAEN code being framed under “Information and Communications Technology”. We would point out that, according to SNCDI, there is an intrinsic link between this sector and the field of “Information and Telecommunications Technology”, the applicant’s activity being included in this field of intelligent specialisation. Thus, the activity performed by the Applicant is included both in a competitive economic sector (according to the NCS) and in a field of intelligent specialisation (according to SNCDI), and by achieving the general objective will facilitate the development of the competitiveness of the Romanian workforce, in order to reduce the development disparities between the regions of the EU Member States, thus converging with the general objective of the European Social Fund. According to SNCDI and this guide, and as evidenced by the Finding Certificate attached to the “Applicant” section, the applicant’s activity is directly correlated with the field of intelligent specialisation identified by SNCDI “Information Technology and Space and Security Communications”, the central element of his activity and his fundamental values related to innovation, excellence and entrepreneurship. The company’s activity is directly correlated with the values and objectives of SNCDI, being found in the principles of action of the Strategy at "Pillar 1. Companies become key players in innovation – taking the risk of innovative behaviour is stimulated by fiscal mechanisms and supported by public and private financial instruments." – this is one of the three main pillars that uphold the principles of action of the Strategy.
