Obiectivul proiectului consta in instruirea personalului Autoritatii de Certificare si Plata (ACP) din cadrul Ministerului Finantelor Publice, implicat in gestionarea financiara a instrumentelor structurale, in vederea dobandirii unor cunostinte aprofundate pentru indeplinirea atributiilor ce decurg din punerea in aplicare a prevederilor regulamentelor comunitare si a legislatiei nationale. Totodata proiectul are in vedere instruirea personalului suport din cadrul Directiei Generale Economice implicat in gestionarea proiectelor finantate din POAT 2014-2020, in care ACP este beneficiar, și a persoanelor din cadrul MFP cu atribuții de coordonare a activității ACP. lndeplinirea obiectivelor proiectului contribuie la atingerea scopului axei prioritare 3 a Programului Operational Asistenta Tehnica ,,Cresterea eficientei si eficacitatii resurselor umane implicate in sistemul de coordonare, gestionare si control al FESI in Romania". The objective of the project is to train the staff of the Certifying and Paying Authority (ACP) within the Ministry of Public Finance, involved in the financial management of structural instruments, in order to acquire in-depth knowledge for fulfilling the responsibilities arising from the implementation of the provisions of Community regulations and national legislation. At the same time, the project envisages training of the support staff of the General Economic Directorate involved in the management of projects financed from POAT 2014-2020, in which the ACP is a beneficiary, and of the persons within the MFP responsible for coordinating the ACP activity. The achievement of the objectives of the project contributes to the achievement of the objective of Priority Axis 3 of the Technical Assistance Operational Programme “Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the human resources involved in the coordination, management and control system of the EISF in Romania”.
