    Obiectivul general al proiectului propus spre finantare prin Programul Operaþional Competitivitate - Actiunea 2.1.1 il reprezinta construirea unei infrastructuri de comunicatii electronice pentru conectarea localitatiilor aferente prezentului proiect la internet. Investitia face parte dintr-un program de dezvoltare a reþelelor de telecomunicatii din tara noastra prin care se propune dezvoltarea de reþele avansate de comunicaþii electronice în localitati din zona alba NGA. În prezent, în localitatile mentionate nu exista reþele de comunicaþii electronice, locuitorii localitatilor nu beneficiaza de retele de comunicatii.Prin implementarea acestui proiect se doreste accesul la serviciile de comunicatii în banda larga pentru populaþia rurala, persoane fizice si juridice. De asemenea se doreste atingerea unui grad de acces la servicii de comunicaþii prin fibra optica de 100% din gospodarii pe termen mediu si lung. Se vor construi retele de distributie care vor conecta cele 46 de localitati albe de o localitate in care exista retea de distributie. In fiecare localitate se va construi o retea de acces la bucla locala care va fi conectata la reteaua de distrbutie(magistrala). Retelele de distributie vor fi amplasate pe stalpi de lemn montati pe marginea drumurilor (exploatare,comunale,judetene,nationale) dintre localitati. Retele de acces vor fi amplasate pe stalpi de lemn montati in intravilanul localitatilor. Soluþia aleasa pentru construcþia reþelei de distribuþie si de acces este cea de transmisii de date prin fibra optica. Conexiunea va fi de tip FTTH(Fiber to the Home, conexiune prin cablu optic care porneste de la echipamentul de comutaþie al operatorului intrând în limita resedinþei sau a spaþiului de birou al abonatului), cu capacitate de 1Gbit/s pe canal pe fibra, încadrandu-se în distanþa maxima de 20 km. Se va crea o reþea de tip GPON Network, banda de acces la care se realizeaza disponibilitatea conexiunii pentru oricare utilizator (client) final al retelei, este asigurata simetric, atat pentru download cat si pentru upload, la o viteza de 150Mbps.     The general objective of the project proposed for financing through the Competitiveness Operational Programme – Action 2.1.1 is to build an electronic communication infrastructure for connecting the locality related to this project to the Internet. The investment is part of a program for the development of telecommunications networks in our country through which it is proposed to develop advanced electronic communications networks in localities in the white NGA area. Currently, in the mentioned localities there are no electronic communications networks, residents of localities do not benefit from communication networks. By implementing this project we want access to broadband communication services for the rural population, natural and legal persons. It also wants to achieve a degree of access to communication services through fiber optics of 100 % of households in the medium and long term. Distribution networks will be built that will connect the 46 white localities to a locality where there is a distribution network. In each locality will be built a network of access to the local loop that will be connected to the distrbutie network (magistral). Distribution networks will be located on wooden poles mounted on the roadside (operating, communal, county, national) between the localities. Access networks will be located on wooden poles mounted inside the localities. The chosen solution for the construction of the distribution and access network is that of data transmission through fiber optics. The connection will be FTTH (Fiber to the Home, optical cable connection that starts from the operator’s switching equipment entering within the subscriber’s residence or office space), with a capacity of 1Gbit/s per channel on the fiber, falling within the maximum distance of 20 km. It will create a GPON Network network, the access band to which the connection is made available to any end user (client) of the network, is provided symmetrically, both for download and upload, at a speed of 150Mbps.
