El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal el desarrollo de una línea de bandejas microondables que contengan menús nutricionalmente adaptados a un consumidor infantil (3-14 años). En concreto, los envases desarrollados optimizarán el calentamiento en microondas en términos de uniformidad de temperatura y estarán compuestos de materias primas más sostenibles. Asimismo, se escogerán los alimentos en función de sus propiedades intrínsecas que afecten al calentamiento en microondas. Por último, los menús serán diseñados en base a criterios nutricionales y socioculturales haciendo hincapié en el empleo de alimentos de proximidad que potencien la dieta mediterránea. (Spanish)

The main objective of this project is to develop a line of microwave trays containing menus nutritionally adapted to a child consumer (3-14 years old). In particular, developed packaging will optimise microwave heating in terms of temperature uniformity and be made up of more sustainable raw materials. Food will also be chosen based on its intrinsic properties affecting microwave heating. Finally, the menus will be designed on the basis of nutritional and socio-cultural criteria with emphasis on the use of proximity foods that enhance the Mediterranean diet. (English)
