El objetivo del proyecto consiste en la investigación y desarrollo de un prototipo de objeto urbano orientado al turismo, integrable en plataformas TIC propias de Ciudades Inteligentes o Smart Cities, en el cual se utilicen materiales inteligentes derivados de la madera y la cerámica. Con el proyecto se busca mejorar la calidad de los servicios turísticos, especialmente importantes para la economía de la Comunitat Valenciana, y fomentar la aplicación de materiales innovadores y tecnologías TIC en productos industriales. El prototipo se realizará en colaboración entre los sectores madera-mueble y cerámico, e integrará funciones que respondan a las características fundamentales de las Ciudades Inteligentes: habitabilidad y calidad de vida, desarrollo económico local y creación de valor, infraestructuras sostenibles y gobernanza mediante servicios públicos eficientes. The objective of the project is to research and develop a prototype of an urban object oriented towards tourism, integrated into ICT platforms typical of Smart Cities or Smart Cities, in which intelligent materials derived from wood and ceramics are used. The project aims to improve the quality of tourism services, especially important for the economy of the Valencian Community, and to encourage the application of innovative materials and ICT technologies in industrial products.
