El objetivo principal de PRODUCTOS PILARICA consiste en diseñar preparados que permitan ofrecer la posibilidad de crear una nueva gama de productos aptos para vegetarianos que simulen de una forma adecuada los productos cárnicos o de origen animal a los que imitan y que a su vez permitan ser formulados sin ingredientes alergénicos para reducir el riesgo de producir alergias en la población que los consuma. Además, el presente proyecto busca continuar con los trabajos realizados hasta el momento para conseguir alcanzar los objetivos marcadas y no alcanzados en anualidades anteriores. Se desarrollará una matriz genérica que permitirá elaborar subproductos a partir de la misma. (Spanish)

The main objective of PRODUCTS PILARICA is to design prepared thereby offering the possibility of creating a new range of products suitable for vegetarians simulating a properly meat or animal origin that mimic products and that in turn allow them to be formulated without allergenic ingredients to reduce the risk of allergies in the population consume.
