Projekt je nutné realizovat s tím, že dokončí revitalizaci bytového domu, kde byla doposud vybudována plynová kotelna a provedena výměna oken. Zbývá objekt zateplit, veškerá tato opatření povedou ke snížení spotřeby tepla, zvýšení ekonomiky provozu a komfortu bydlení. Projekt zateplení domu je majitelem určen pro nájemce 16-i bytových jednotek. Zateplení objektu bude provedeno polystyrenovým opláštěním fasády včetně omítek a nástřikem ploché střechy PUR izolací.
