Hlavním cílem projektu je revitalizace bytového domu na ulici Pod Lipami 1531 - 1534 ve městě Hranice. Stavební práce se zejména týkají zateplení obvodového a střešního pláště bytového domu. V důsledku snížení energetické náročnosti budovy jsou očekávány finanční úspory za odběr tepelné energie, vylepšení vnitřního prostředí budovy, navýšení komfortu bydlení, zhodnocení objektu a v neposlední řadě zlepšení architektonického vzhledu bytového domu. The main objective of the project is to revitalise the apartment building in the streets of the town of Hranice (1531-1534). In particular, construction works relate to the insulation of the building envelope and roof envelope of the apartment building. As a result of the improvement in the energy performance of the building, financial savings are expected for the abstraction of heat, improvement of the indoor environment of the building, increase of comfort of housing, value of the building and, last but not least, improving the architectural design of the apartment building.
