Obiectiv General: CRESTEREA OCUPARII IN REGIUNEA CENTRU, NORD EST, NORD VEST SI SUD EST PRIN STIMULAREA PARTICIPARII PE PIAȚA MUNCII A PERSOANELOR CU POTENTIAL ANTREPRENORIAL SI CREAREA UNUI PROGRAM REGIONAL INTEGRAT DE INCURAJARE SI SPRIJIN TEHNICO-FINANCAR PENTRU INFIINTAREA SI DEZVOLTAREA DE NOI INTREPRINDERI IN MEDIUL URBAN OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului se poate atinge prin dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale a 630 persoane care doresc sa dezvolte o activitate independenta, precum si subventionarea a 76 de planuri de afaceri in vederea cresterii ocuparii persoanelor din Regiunile CENTRU,N-E,N-V,S-E prin sustinerea infiintarii intreprinderilor cu profil nonagricol in zonele urbane ale regiunii pe perioada proiectului. Prin obiectivul general al proiectului se urmareste formarea in antreprenoriat a 630 persoane care doresc sa demareze o activitate independenta, dintre care - persoane care beneficiaza de sprijin, din care: - Angajati, inclusiv persoane care desfasoara o activitate independenta – 50 persoane; persoane care beneficiaza de sprijin: 130 persoane; persoane care beneficiaza de sprijin, din care: - Someri si inactivi: 450 persoane, conform sectiunii grup tinta din ghidul solicitantului conditii specifice si sectiunii indicatori prestabiliti de realizare din sistemul informatic MySMIS2014. Pe durata cursului de formare antreprenoriala, participantii vor lucra efectiv la dezvoltarea propriilor idei de afaceri si elaborarea planului de afaceri, fie ca programul de formare se desfasoara on-line fie in sala de curs. Planurile de afaceri astfel dezvoltate vor intra intr-un concurs de idei de proiecte. Cele mai bune 76 idei de afaceri vor fi selectate printr-un proces deschis si transparent, raportat la strategiile regionale, si in acord cu sectoarele identificate ca fiind competitive. La concursul de planuri de afaceri se pot inscrie si pers care nu participa la programul de formare, dar care fac parte din categoria de grup tinta eligibil vizat de prezentul apel de proiecte si care depun un plan de afaceri in domenii nonagricole in zone urbane la temenele si in conditiile prevazute de proiect. Planurile de afaceri selectate vor primi subventii in valoare de maxim 178120 RON (echiv a max. 40.000 euro). Castigatorii vor beneficia de servicii de sprijin in dezvoltarea afacerilor prin intermediul activitatiilor de consiliere si consultanta antreprenoriala, mentorat, precum si a CENTRULUI IMM cu rol de BUSINESS HUB dezvoltat in TARGU MURES.Partenerii vizeaza in proiect o abordare integrata, care se bazeaza pe urmatoarele componente complementare: informare, plan de dezvoltare, formare a viitorilor antreprenori, incurajarea antreprenoriatului prin servicii suport in dezvoltarea unui plan de afaceri si asistenta financiara, consiliere si monitorizare pentru infiintare si dezvoltare, precum si pentru sustenabilitate. General objective: Growing employment in the CENTRU REGION, NORD EST, NORD VEST and SUD FOR THE STEMS OF THE PARTICIPARY OF THE Market OF PERSONS OF ANTREPRENORIAL POTENTIAL AND CREATING A REGIONAL Integrative Encouragement and Support TECHNICO-Financial support for the information and devoting of new introductions in the project can be achieved by developing the entrepreneurial skills of 630 people who want to develop an independent activity, as well as by subsidising 76 business plans in order to increase the employment of people from CENTRU,N-E,N-V,S-E regions by supporting the establishment of non-agricultural enterprises in urban areas of the region during the project period. The general objective of the project is aimed at training in entrepreneurship of 630 people who want to start an independent activity, of which – people who benefit from support, of which: Employees, including persons carrying out an independent activity – 50 persons; supported persons: 130 persons; persons receiving support, of which: — Unemployed and inactive: 450 persons, according to the target group section of the applicant’s guide specific conditions and predetermined output indicators section of the MySMIS2014 IT system. During the entrepreneurial training course, the participants will actually work on developing their own business ideas and developing the business plan, whether the training program takes place online or in the classroom. The business plans thus developed will enter a contest of project ideas. The best 76 business ideas will be selected through an open and transparent process, relative to regional strategies, and in line with the sectors identified as competitive. At the contest of business plans can be registered and pers. who do not participate in the training program, but are part of the category of eligible target group covered by this call for projects and who submit a business plan in non-agricultural fields in urban areas at the terms and conditions stipulated by the project. The selected business plans will receive grants amounting to a maximum of 178120 RON (equivalent to max. 40,EUR 000). The winners will benefit from support services in business development through entrepreneurial counseling and consultancy activities, mentoring, as well as the SME CENTR with the role of BUSINESS HUB developed in TARGU MURES. The partners aim in the project for an integrated approach, based on the following complementary components: information, development plan, training of future entrepreneurs, encouraging entrepreneurship through support services in the development of a business plan and financial assistance, counselling and monitoring for establishment and development, as well as for sustainability.
