Projekt řeší posilování kapacity NNO v situaci, kdy po mnoha letech došlo v jejím vedení a následně i v celkovém pojetí k výrazným změnám. Projekt je zaměřen na celkový rozvoj NNO v oblasti strategie společnosti a jejího poslání, financování a fundraisingu, lidských zdrojů, PR a marketingu a kvality poskytovaných služeb. Posilování kapacity NNO bude realizováno prostřednictvím podpory, koučinku a vzdělávání týmu pracovníků společnosti, včetně jejího managementu. (Czech)

The project addresses the strengthening of the capacity of NGOs in a situation where, after many years, management has taken place and, as a whole, there are significant changes in its management. The project focuses on the overall development of NGO’s strategy and its mission, financing and fundraising, human resources, PR and marketing and the quality of the services provided. The strengthening of the capacity of NGOs will be implemented through support, coaching and training of the team of the company’s staff, including its management. (English)
