Navrhovaná povedou ke snížené energetické náročnosti veřejné budovy obecního úřadu v obci Svatá Maří s počtem obyvatel 583. Budova není předmětem pronájmu a není využívána k podnikání, slouží jako administrativní zázemí Obecního úřadu Svatá Maří a je volně přístupná veřejnosti. Žadatel je veřejnoprávní subjekt.
