Projekt nabízí 20 mladým lidem absolvovat pracovní stáž v Německu po dobu 10 týdnů, na kterou budou jazykově vybaveni v období přípravy na stáž. Stáž absolvují v německých firmách, také budou mít možnost poznat život v odlišné společnosti. Účast v projektu bude nabídnuta především dlouhodobě nezaměstnaným, kteří se za normálních okolností na stáž nedostanou. Intenzivní práce s účastníky povede k jejich osamostatnění, získání soběstačnosti a sebedůvěry a především uplatnění na trhu práce v ČR. (Czech)

The project offers 20 young people to work placements in Germany for 10 weeks for training in training periods. In German companies, they will also be able to learn about their lives in a different company. In particular, participation in the project will be offered to the long-term unemployed, who will normally not be awarded a traineeship. Intensive work with the participants will lead to their empowerment, self sufficiency and self-confidence, and in particular for the labour market in the Czech Republic. (English)
