Consolidarea capacitatii sistemului medical in contextul pandemiei cauzata de criza COVID 19, la nivelul orașului Mioveni prin achizitionarea de echipamente medicale și echipamente de protecție medicală, dispozitive medicale destinate interventiilor realizate in cadrul unitatii sanitare cat si interventiilor in timp util și eficient al sistemului medical public la criza COVID – 19. Prin achizitionarea si dotarea unitatii sanitare destinate tratarii si combaterii raspandirii noului virus SARS-Cov-2 cu echipamente pentru tratament, preventie, decontaminare, suport triaj si protectie, s-a imbunatatit capacitatea de ingrijire si tratament a pacientilor, precum si gestionarea situatiei de urgenta provocata de criza Covid - 19, conducand astfel la indeplinirea indicatorului de rezultat al POIM - Capacitatea adecvata de ingrijire si tratament a cazurilor de infectie cu virusul SARS-COV-2 de gestionare a crizei sanitare. Prin achizitionarea de echipamente suplimentare, dupa implementarea proiectului va creste capacitatea unitatii spitalicesti de preventie, ingrijire si tratament a cazurilor de infectie cu virusul SARS Cov2. Indicatorul de rezultat al POIM 2S132- Capacitatea adecvata de ingrijire si tratament a cazurilor de infectie cu virusul SARS-CoV-2/de gestionare a crizei sanitare. Indicatorul este unul calitativ: Inainte de interventia POIM: Nu- Situatia in Spitalul Orășenesc Mioveni era una precara din punct de vedere al echipamentelor pentru tratarea pacientilor COVID,spre exemplu laboratorul de analize medicale nu dispunea de teste suficiente si alte echipamente /consumabile medicale pentru diagnosticarea rapidă, ulterior interventiei POIM DA, se vor achizitiona teste și echipamente medicale pentru depistarea pacientilor infectati cu COVID, astfel se imbunatateste capacitatea de ingrijire si tratament a populatiei/pacientilor. Înainte de intervenția POIM Spitalul Orășenesc Mioveni, la fel ca toate celelate spitale din țară și chiar de pe mapamond, nu era pregătit cu echipamente de protecție și aparatură medicală care să ajute la prevenirea și combaterea infectării cu COVID-19. Având în vedere contagiozitatea extrem de mare a pacienților infectați cu COVID este oportună și absolut necesară achiziționarea de echipamente de protecție și echipamente medicale care vor fi utilizate în mod direct atât pentru prevenirea infectării cât și în tratarea infectării cu COVID-19. După intervenția POIM se va îmbunătăți capacitatea de îngrijire și tratament a pacienților. Toate aparaturile existente inainte de interventia POIM erau insuficiente si cu un grad de uzura extrem de ridicat, iar ulterior interventiei POIM s-a imbunatatit capacitatea de ingrijire si tratament a pacientilor, precum si gestionarea situatiei de urgenta provocata de criza Covid - 19, conducand astfel la indeplinirea indicatorului de rezultat al POIM - Capacitatea adecvata de ingrijire si tratament a cazurilor de infectie cu virusul SARS-COV-2 de gestionare a crizei sanitare (Romanian)

Strengthening the capacity of the medical system in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, at the level of the city of Mioveni, by purchasing medical equipment and medical protection equipment, medical devices for interventions within the health unit as well as timely and efficient interventions of the public medical system in the COVID-19 crisis. By acquiring and equipping the sanitary unit to treat and combat the spread of the new SARS-Cov-2 virus with equipment for treatment, prevention, decontamination, triage and protection support, improved the care and treatment capacity of patients, as well as the management of the emergency situation caused by the Covid crisis – 19, thus leading to the achievement of the LIOP result indicator – Appropriate capacity for care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-COV-2 virus for health crisis management. By purchasing additional equipment, after the implementation of the project will increase the capacity of the hospital unit for prevention, care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS Cov2 virus. LIOP result indicator 2S132- Appropriate capacity for care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management. The indicator is qualitative: Before the LIOP intervention: The situation in Mioveni City Hospital was poor in terms of equipment for the treatment of COVID patients, for example the medical analysis laboratory did not have sufficient tests and other medical equipment/consumables for rapid diagnosis, after the intervention of LIOP YES, medical tests and equipment for the detection of COVID infected patients will be purchased, thus improving the capacity of care and treatment of the population/patients. Prior to the intervention of the IOP Mioveni City Hospital, like all other hospitals in the country and even around the world, it was not prepared with protective equipment and medical equipment to help prevent and combat COVID-19 infection. Given the extremely high infectivity of COVID-infected patients, it is appropriate and absolutely necessary to purchase protective equipment and medical equipment that will be used directly both to prevent infection and to treat COVID-19 infection. After LIOP intervention, the care and treatment capacity of patients will be improved. All the devices existing before the LIOP intervention were insufficient and extremely high wear and tear, and after the LIOP intervention improved the patient care and treatment capacity, as well as the management of the emergency situation caused by the Covid-19 crisis, thus leading to the achievement of the LIOP result indicator – Appropriate capacity for care and treatment of cases of infection with the SARS-COV-2 virus of health crisis management (English)
