    Cílem projektu je profesionalizace Armády spásy v ČR, z. s. (dále jen Armáda spásy) v oblastech strategie organizace, řízení lidských zdrojů a kvality služeb vybudováním odborníků ze stávajících zaměstnanců a vytvořením strategických dokumentů organizace (strategický plán, aktualizace a tvorba vnitřních předpisů, vytvoření metodických materiálů). Cílovou skupinou jsou zaměstnanci organizace - 468 lidí. V rámci projektu budeme spolupracovat s experty na zmíněné oblasti. (Czech)
