    Smyslem projektu je prevence a zmírnění sociálního znevýhodnění neformálních pečovatelů, kteří se starají doma o vážně nemocného bližního anebo umírajícího na území MAS Moravská cesta. Projekt obsahuje klíčové aktivity jako psychoterapii a sociální práci, nácvik přímé péče a specifické poradenství. Za tři roky realizace tímto doprovázením projde sedmdesát pět rodin. Projekt umožní doplnění běžných převážně zdravotnických služeb našeho terénního paliativního týmu o další potřebné aktivity. (Czech)
