Projekt řeší problém na trhu práce, kde osoby jsou mezi uchazeči a zájemci o zaměstnání evidováni na úřadu práce. Konkrétně díky poklesu stavební výroby na trhu ve stavebnictví což je dlouhodobý trend viz. Český statistický úřad a s ohledem na snižující se objem stavebních prací dochází k obtížnému umisťování technicky způsobilých uchazečů a zájemců o zaměstnání do praxe. (Czech)

More specifically, as a result of the decline in construction in the construction market, which is a long-term trend, see.
