MAS Radbuza sdružuje obce s dobrou dopravní dostupností, s nízkým věkovým průměrem a s vysokou mírou zaměstnanosti obyvatel oproti zbylé části kraje. Společným nepříznivým znakem pro území MAS je přetrvávající nízká kvalifikace obyvatel, kteří jsou nejvíce zastoupeni mezi uchazeči o zaměstnání evidovanými na ÚP. Absence a nízká kvalifikace jim neumožňuje uspět v konkurenci vzdělanějších obyvatel. Projekt se zaměřuje na zvýšení odborné kvalifikace a tím zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti na trhu práce. (Czech)

MAs Radbuza brings together municipalities with good transport, low age and a high level of employment compared to the rest of the region. The remaining low qualifications of the population that are most represented among the jobseekers registered at the ÚP is a common negative factor for the territories of MAS. Lack and low skills do not allow them to compete in more educated people. The project aims at increasing professional qualifications and thus increasing competitiveness in the labour market.
