Centrum dlouhodobě nedisponuje dostatkem odborníků, kteří by, vzhledem k rozmanitosti a rozsáhlosti tematických cílů IROP, pokryli celou oblast problémů v jednotlivých tematických cílech. Především se bude jednat o expertní právní služby, spočívající ve zpracování stanovisek a odborných posudků, konzultací k zadávacím řízením v rámci veřejných zakázek příjemců dotace spolufinancovaných z IROP. In the long run, the Centre does not have sufficient experts who, given the variety and scale of the IROP thematic objectives, would have covered the whole area of challenges in the different thematic objectives. In particular, it will be an expert Legal Service consisting of drawing up opinions and expert opinions, consulting public procurement procedures in the context of public procurement of grant beneficiaries co-financed by the IROP.
