Proiectul suport pentru pregatirea DANUBIUS-RI (DANS2) are ca obiectiv general completarea aplicatiei europene pentru finantarea componentelor romanesti, Hub si Supersite-ul Delta Dunarii, ale infrastructurii pan-europene DANUBIUS-RI cu studiile solicitate de legislatia in vigoare (Evaluarea impactului asupra mediului (EIA), Utilizarea si eliminarea in conditii de siguranta a substantelor chimice de laborator, Evaluarea adecvata pentru siturile NATURA 2000, Elemente de baza privind evaluarea riscurilor si vulnerabilitatilor la adaptarea la schimbari climatice, Evaluarea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de sera conform metodologiei amprentei de carbon a BEI, Eficienta energetica (Nzero) conformare cu Directiva CEE) si pregatirea implementarii proiectului de realizare a infrastructurii DANUBIUS-RO (documentatii pentru obtinerea autorizatiilor de construtie pentru Hub si Supersite-ul Delta Dunarii, documentații privind specificații tehnice pentru echipamentele de cercetare, actualizarea planului de implementare a proiectului major, inclusiv planificarea achizitiilor si a lucrarilor de executie pentru Hub-ul de la Murighiol si Supersite-ul Delta Dunarii. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea O.S.1.1 - Cresterea capacitatii de CDI in domeniile de specializare inteligenta si sanatate prin: - realizarea de studii complementare necesare depunerii aplicatiei europene pentru proiectul major DANUBIUS-RI; - pregatirea actiunilor necesare implementarii proiectul major DANUBIUS-RI. Infrastructura distribuita pan-european DANUBIUS-RI se adreseaza Domeniului 3 de specializare inteligenta Energie, Mediu si Schimbari Climatice, Subdomeniul 3.2 Mediu și schimbări climatice. The support project for the preparation of DANUBIUS-RI (DANS2) has as general objective the completion of the European application for the financing of the Romanian components, Hub and the Danube Delta Supersite, of the pan-European infrastructure DANUBIUS-RI with the studies required by the legislation in force (Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Safe Use and Disposal of Laboratory Chemicals, Appropriate Assessment for NATURA 2000 sites, basic elements regarding the assessment of risks and vulnerabilities to adaptation to climate change, Assessment of greenhouse gas emissions according to the EIB carbon footprint methodology, Energy Efficiency (Nzero) compliance with the EEC Directive) and preparation of the implementation of the DANUBIUS-RO infrastructure project (documents for obtaining building permits for Hub and Danube Delta Supersite, documentation on technical specifications for research equipment, updating the major project implementation plan, including planning of acquisitions and execution works for the Murighiol Hub and Danube Delta Supersite. The project contributes to O.S.1.1 – Increasing the capacity of RDI in the fields of smart specialisation and health by: — carrying out complementary studies necessary to submit the European application for the major project DANUBIUS-RI; — preparation of the actions necessary for the implementation of the major project DANUBIUS-RI. The distributed pan-European infrastructure DANUBIUS-RI addresses Area 3 of Intelligent Energy, Environment and Climate Change, Subarea 3.2 Environment and Climate Change. (English)
