Esta operación tiene como objetivo la construcción de una pasarela CICLOPEATONAL que conecte la zona residencial de Moguer (concretamente el barrio de “Picos”) con el Polígono Industrial “Los Arroyos”. Entre ambos discurre la carretera autonómica A-494 (San Juan del Puerto a Matalascañas), con IMD >10.000 v./día, que solo se puede franquear a través de una glorieta con siete enlaces y tráfico elevado, por lo que –además de la insuficiencia de conexiones- el riesgo es muy elevado. This operation has the objective of constructing a CYCLE-PEDESTRIAN walkway that connects the residential area of Moguer (particularly the "Picos" neighbourhood) with the Industrial Park of "Los Arroyos". Between both sides of the A-494 regional highway (San Juan del Puerto to Matalascañas), with IMD >10,000 v./day, this can only be crossed through a traffic circle with seven connections and high traffic, which when combined with the insufficient connections – the safety risk of crossing for a cyclist or pedestrian is very high.
