Obiectivul general al proiectului vizează creșterea calității și eficienței învățământului universitar terțiar și non-academic tehnic, în acord cu cerințele mediului socio-economic, prin implementarea unui sistem integrat de programe și oferte educaționale inovative, proceduri și instrumente de asigurarea a calității dezvoltat prin colaborare între universități și angajatori, și dedicat formării pedagogice a cadrelor didactice, și dezvoltării competențelor profesionale și socio-emoționale ale studenților și cursanților. Proiectul abordează integrat pregătirea pedagogică a personalului didactic (universitar și non-universitar), dezvoltarea competențelor transversale și socio-emoționale ale studenților, și profesionalizarea cursanților non-universitari prin programe ce se încadrează în sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv și în domeniile de specializare inteligentă (cf., SNC, SNCDI). Integrarea celor trei tipuri de oferte și programe educaționale (pentru personalul didactic, pentru studenți și pentru cursanți) are loc prin demersuri de dezvoltare curriculară realizate în comun de către specialiști din universități, experți resursă de la nivelul angajatorilor și experți internaționali în dezvoltare curriculară din universități cu tradiție și rezultate dovedite prin rată mare a angajabilității studenților (universitățile cu care beneficiarul colaborează în mod curent vor fi solicitate să facă ofertă de servicii de consultanță curriculară, Universitatea din Maastricht poate fi un exemplu în acest sens, solicitantul a finalizat de curând un proiect - CNFIS-FDI-2017-0518 -, implementat de Centrul de Dezvoltare Academică (CDA) al universității, dedicat pregătirii pedagogice a personalului didactic din Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara (UVT) și derulat în colaborare cu partenerul olandez). Sistemul de formare dezvoltat în cadrul prezentului proiectului are trei paliere complementare: a) programe și activități educaționale suport pentru dezvoltarea competențelor pedagogice ale personalului didactic (Os2 transpus în plan concret prin A2); Aceste activități vor fi realizate de CDA al UVT. CDA a fost înființat prin proiectul POSDRU ,,UNIVERSITARIA – școală de didactică universitară și cercetare științifică avansată”, POSDRU/157/1.3/S/135590, proiect coordonat din postura de manager de proiect de către managerul propus și pentru prezenta propunere de proiect (Conf. univ. dr. habil. Marian D. ILIE). Pe perioada proiectului POSDRU amintit și de atunci până în prezent prin programele și proiectele derulate de CDA al UVT au beneficiat de activități de formare profesională peste 950 de cadre didactice universitare din peste 30 de universități din țară. În demersul de dezvoltare curriculară și implementare a programelor și ofertelor de formare adresate personalului didactic vor fi implicați specialiști ai CDA pregătiți prin proiectul POSDRU aminti și/sau prin proiectul CNFIS-FDI-2017-0518, specialiști de prim nivel al UVT, reprezentanți ai parte (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase the quality and efficiency of tertiary and non-academic technical education, in line with the requirements of the socio-economic environment, by implementing an integrated system of innovative educational programs and offers, quality assurance procedures and tools developed through collaboration between universities and employers, and dedicated to the pedagogical training of teachers, and the development of professional and socio-emotional competences of students and learners. The project addresses integrated pedagogical training of teaching staff (university and non-university), the development of transversal and socio-emotional competences of students, and the professionalisation of non-university learners through programs that fit into the economic sectors with competitive potential and in the fields of smart specialisation (cf., SNC, SNCDI). The integration of the three types of educational offers and programs (for teaching staff, students and learners) takes place through curricular development approaches carried out jointly by specialists from universities, resource experts from employers and international experts in curriculum development from universities with tradition and proven results by high rate of student employability (universities with which the beneficiary currently collaborates will be asked to offer curricular consulting services, Maastricht University may be an example in this respect, the applicant has recently completed a project – CNFIS-FDI-2017-0518 – implemented by the University’s Academic Development Center (CDA) dedicated to pedagogical training of the teaching staff of Timişoara (CNFIS-FDI-2017-0518 – implemented by the University’s Academic Development Centre (CDA) dedicated to the pedagogical training of the teaching staff of Timişoara and the Dutch University’s collaboration partner in Timisoara). The training system developed within this project has three complementary levels: a) supporting educational programs and activities for the development of pedagogical competences of teaching staff (Os2 translated into concrete plan through A2); These activities will be carried out by UVT’s CDA. CDA was founded through the project POSDRU,UNIVERSITARIA – school of university teaching and advanced scientific research", POSDRU/157/1.3/S/135590, project coordinated as project manager by the proposed manager and for this project proposal (Conf. PhD. habil. Marian D. ILIE). During the POSDRU project mentioned and since then, through the programs and projects carried out by UVT CDA, more than 950 academics from more than 30 universities in the country have benefited from professional training activities. In the process of curriculum development and implementation of training programs and offers addressed to the teaching staff will be involved CDA specialists trained through the POSDRU project reminding and/or through the CNFIS-FDI-2017-0518 project, first level specialists of UVT, representatives of the (English)
