Obiectivul general al proiectului este imbunătățirea capacitatii a 2 ONG-urilor din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate de a formula si promova propuneri alternative la politicile publice initiate de Guvern in domeniul egalitatii de sanse intre femei si barbati. Acest obiectiv se va indeplini prin cresterea intensitatii participarii ONG-urilor la procesul de luare al deciziilor la nivel guvernamental prin dezvoltarea unui instrument electronic de monitorizare a politicilor publice, prin analiza situatiei actuale si prin organizarea de sesiuni de formare pentru 160 de persoane, reprezentanti ai ONG-urilor. Obiectivul General contribuie la indeplinirea OS 1.1 - Dezvoltarea și introducerea de sisteme și standarde comune în administrația publică ce optimizează procesele decizionale orientate către cetățeni și mediul de afaceri în concordanță cu SCAP - al Programului Operational Capacitate Administrativa prin cresterea capacitatii organizationale a 2 ong-uri, 1 propunere alternativa la politica publica in domeniul de interventie al proiectului elaborata si aprobata/acceptata si 160 de reprezentanti ai ONG-urilor formati. Aceste direcţii propuse de proiect se desprind din documentul Strategia Europa 2020, ce reprezintă esenţa politicii de dezvoltare europenă, agreată la nivel UE, şi pe care România şi-a asumat-o. The general objective of the project is to improve the capacity of 2 NGOs from less developed regions to formulate and promote alternative proposals to public policies initiated by the Government in the field of equal opportunities between women and men. This objective will be achieved by increasing the intensity of NGOs’ participation in the decision-making process at government level by developing an electronic tool for monitoring public policies, analysing the current situation and organising training sessions for 160 people, representatives of NGOs. The General Objective contributes to the achievement of OS 1.1 – Development and introduction of common systems and standards in public administration that optimise decision-making processes oriented towards citizens and business environment in line with SCAP – of the Operational Programme Administrative Capacity by increasing the organizational capacity of 2 ongs, 1 alternative proposal to public policy in the field of intervention of the project developed and approved/accepted and 160 representatives of the trained NGOs. These directions proposed by the project are drawn from the Europe 2020 strategy, which is the essence of the European development policy, agreed at EU level, and which Romania has assumed. (English)
