Obiectivul general al proiectului este revitalizarea fizica, economica si sociala a unor comunitati marginalizate din orasul Titu, judetul Dambovita. In vederea delimitarii unor zone problematice din cadrul orasului, UAT Racari impreuna cu un furnizor de servicii au realizat o analiza a principalelor criterii care stau la baza declararii unei comunitati ca zona marginalizata/defavorizata. Astfel au fost aplicate chestionare unui numar total de 489 de persoane din anumite zone din localitatile Mavrodin, Colacu, Sabiesti, Ghimpati, Stanesti, Balanesti, cu scopul de a identifica zone cu deficiente in ceea ce priveste resursele umane, ocuparea sau locuirea. Rezultatele chestionarelor sunt urmatoarele: Mavrodin: - 43 de gospodarii dintre care in 10 dintre ele exista un spatiu sub 15,33 mp/ fiecare locatar si in 33 exista peste 15,33 mp/locatar. - dintre aceste gospodarii, 9 au baie in interior, 37 sunt din caramida/beton, 5 sunt din chirpici/paianta, 6 sunt deteriorate, niciuna nu are apa sau canal si toate au electricitate. - total persoane 106, dintre care intre 6 si 14 ani – 4 persoane, intre 14 si 18 - 1 persoana, intre 18 si 64 - 71 de persoane si peste 64 - 30 persoane. - dintre aceste persoane, 21 au absolvit scoala primara, 38 scoala generala, 29 liceul si 6 scoala profesionala. Dintre cei cu 8 clase sau mai putin, 38 au varste de pana la 64 de ani. Cei care nu au fost luati in calcul sunt elevi sau studenti. - in ceea ce priveste statutul, 7 sunt elevi sau studenti, 31 sunt pensionari (dintre care 3 sub varsta de 64 de ani), 10 casnice, 2 persoane sunt intretinute de stat sau de organizatii private, 17 au alta situatie economica si 8 nu au ocupatie. - 24 persoane sunt angajate (nu se stie cate persoane au contract de munca). Colacu: - 56 gospodarii dintre care in 12 dintre ele exista un spatiu sub 15,33 mp/ fiecare locatar si in 44 exista peste 15,33 mp/locatar. - dintre aceste gospodarii 18 au baie in interior, 54 sunt din caramida/beton, 2 din chirpici/ paianta, 18 sunt deteriorate, niciuna nu are apa sau canal si toate au electricitate. - total persoane 147, dintre care intre 6 si 14 ani – 1 persoana, intre 14 si 18 ani – 3 persoane, intre 18 si 64 ani - 109 persoane si peste 64 ani – 34 persoane. - dintre aceste persoane, 36 au absolvit scoala primara, 87 scoala generala si 15 scoala profesionala. Dintre cei cu 8 clase sau mai putin, 89 au varste de pana la 64 de ani. Cei care nu au fost luati in calcul sunt elevi sau studenti. - in ceea ce priveste statutul, 42 sunt pensionari (dintre care 10 sub varsta de 64 de ani), 24 casnice, 2 lucratori ocazionali, 4 au alta situatie economica si 5 nu au ocupatie. - 53 persoane sunt angajate (nu se stie cate persoane au contract de munca). Sabiesti: - 21 de gospodarii dintre care in 9 dintre ele exista un spatiu sub 15,33 mp/ fiecare locatar si in 12 exista peste 15,33 mp/locatar. - dintre aceste gospodarii, 2 au baie in interior, 2 sunt din caramida/beton, 19 sunt din ch (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is the physical, economic and social revitalisation of marginalised communities in Titu, Dambovita county. In order to delimit some problematic areas within the city, ATU Racari together with a service provider carried out an analysis of the main criteria underlying the declaration of a community as marginalised/disadvantaged area. Thus, questionnaires were applied to a total of 489 people from certain areas of Mavrodin, Colacu, Sabiesti, Ghimpati, Stanesti, Balanesti, in order to identify areas with deficiencies in terms of human resources, occupation or housing. The results of the questionnaires are as follows: Mavrodin: — 43 households of which in 10 of them there is a space below 15.33 sqm/each tenant and in 33 there are over 15.33 sqm/tenant. — of these households, 9 have bathroom inside, 37 are made of brick/concrete, 5 are made of ark/pailing, 6 are damaged, none has water or canal and all have electricity. total 106 persons, of which between 6 and 14 years old – 4 persons, between 14 and 18-1 persons, between 18 and 64-71 persons and more than 64-30 persons. — of these people, 21 graduated from primary school, 38 general school, 29 high school and 6 vocational school. Of those with 8 classes or less, 38 are aged up to 64. Those who have not been taken into account are students or students. — in terms of status, 7 are students or students, 31 are pensioners (of whom 3 under the age of 64), 10 housewives, 2 people are maintained by the state or private organisations, 17 have another economic situation and 8 have no occupation. — 24 persons are employed (it is not known how many people have a work contract).
