    Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta stimularea angajatorilor din Regiunea de Dezvoltare Centru, in directia dezvoltarii competentelor angajatilor lor, in vederea sporirii capacitatii de insertie profesionala si a adaptabilitatii acestora la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in corelare cu domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI Obiectivul general al proiectului va fi atins prin derularea in proiect a 4 etape (activitati) principale si 2 transversale/secundare (managementul de proiect si informare si publicitate). Proiectul isi propune o PRIMA ETAPA/activitate cu o durata de implementare de 7 luni care sa demareze cu o informare si constientizare la nivelul angajatorilor de pe teritoriul Regiunii pentru cu privire la beneficiile si oportunitatile participarii angajatilor la programe de formare continua precum si oportunitatile de formare oferite prin proiect.Activitatile de constientizare vor avea ca rezultat selectarea grupului tinta al proiectului care va fi format din minim 560 persoane angajate in intreprinderi din Regiunea Centru din toate sectoare economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in corelare cu unul din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Persoanele selectate vor face parte din cep putin 48 intreprinderi din sectoarele amintite mai sus, intreprinderi ce vor primi ulterior si sprijin in elaborarea unui plan strategic pe termen lung care sa permita anticiparea schimbarilor ce pot afecta intreprinderea. IIn ETAPA A DOUA/activitatea a proiectului, 240 persoane din grupul tinta (manageri si antreprenori) vor urma programe de formare profesionala in unul din domeniile: competente antreprenoriale, manager de proiect, management de produs sau manager imbunatatire procese. la aceste activitati se va asigura o prezenta minima de 5% pentru femei. De asemenea, la finalizarea cursurilor, rata de promovabilitate trebuie sa fie de minim 85%. Tot in cadrul acestei activitati, persoanele din grupul tinta (manageri/antreprenori) vor avea posibilitatea sa participe la seminarii / workshopuri cu teme specifice (managementul timpului, self management, management strategic). In ETAPA A TREIA/activitatea a proiectului, 240 persoane din grupul tinta (angajati la departamente de resurse umane) vor urma programe de formare profesionala in unul din domeniile: manager resurse umane sau inspector resurse umane. La aceste activitati se va asigura o prezenta minima de 5% pentru femei. De asemenea, la finalizarea cursurilor, rata de promovabilitate trebuie sa fie de minim 85%. Tot in cadrul acestei activitati, persoanele din grupul tinta (angajati la departamente de resurse umane) vor avea posibilitatea sa participe la seminarii / workshopuri cu teme specifice (evaluarea personalului, recrutarea si selectia personalului, gestionarea conflictelor de personal).     The general objective of the project is to stimulate employers in the Centre Development Region, in the direction of developing the competences of their employees, in order to increase their professional integration capacity and adaptability to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC and in correlation with the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI The general objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out in the project 4 main stages (activities) and 2 cross-sections/secondary (project management and information and publicity). The project proposes a PRIMA ETAPA/activity with a duration of implementation of 7 months to start with an information and awareness at the level of employers across the Region for the benefits and opportunities of employee participation in continuous training programs as well as the training opportunities offered through the project. Awareness activities will result in the selection of the target group of the project that will consist of at least 560 persons employed in enterprises in the Centre Region from all economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in correlation with one of the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. The selected persons will be part of a minimum of 48 enterprises in the sectors mentioned above, enterprises that will subsequently receive support in developing a long-term strategic plan that allows anticipation of changes that may affect the enterprise. In your ETAPA/project activity, 240 people from the target group (managers and entrepreneurs) will follow professional training programs in one of the following fields: entrepreneurial skills, project manager, product management or process improvement manager will ensure a minimum presence of 5 % for women. Also, upon completion of the courses, the promotion rate must be at least 85 %. Also within this activity, people from the target group (managers/entrepreneurs) will have the opportunity to participate in seminars/workshops with specific themes (time management, self management, strategic management). In TREIA ETAPA/project activity, 240 people from the target group (employees in human resources departments) will follow professional training programs in one of the following fields: human Resources Manager or Human Resources Inspector. These activities will ensure a minimum presence of 5 % for women. Also, upon completion of the courses, the promotion rate must be at least 85 %. Also within this activity, people from the target group (employees in human resources departments) will have the opportunity to participate in seminars/workshops with specific themes (staff assessment, recruitment and selection of staff, management of conflicts of staff).
