Obiectivul general al proiectului este reprezentat de reducerea emisiilor de carbon în orașul Sîngeorz-Băi, bazată pe Planul de Mobilitate Urbană Durabilă. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului general prin: asfaltarea străzilor de categoria 4; construirea unei piste de biciclete; construirea unui pod dedicat exclusiv pentru piste de biciclete și traseu pietonal; achiziționarea unui microbuz electric; reabilitarea pasarelei pietonale peste râul Someșul Mare (care reprezintă obiectivul nefinalizat al prezentului proiect);achiziționarea de biciclete și construirea a două stații pentru acestea. Prezentul proiect contribuie prin activitățile și obiectivele specifice stabilite la realizarea obiectivului specific 3.2 al Priorității de investiții 4e, respectiv la promovarea unor strategii cu emisii scăzute de dioxid de carbon pentru toate tipurile de teritorii, în special pentru zonele urbane, inclusiv promovarea mobilității urbane multimodale durabile și a măsurilor de adaptare relevante pentru atenuare. Proiectul se încadrează în acțiunile specifice sprijinite prin Obiectivul Specific 3.2 din POR 2014-2020 (conform secțiunii 4.3.1.1 din Ghidul specific) deoarece vizează următoarele categorii de activități eligibile: A. Investiții destinate îmbunătățirii transportului public urban de călători 2. Achiziționarea de autobuze B. Investiții destinate transportului electric și nemotorizat 2. Construirea/modernizarea/extinderea pistelor/ traseelor pentru biciclete 3. Crearea/modernizarea/extinderea sistemelor de închiriere de biciclete (sisteme de tip „bike-sharing”, „bike-rental”) 4. Construirea/modernizarea/extinderea de zone și trasee pietonale (trotuare) C. Alte investiții destinate reducerii emisiilor de CO2 în zona urbană 1. Crearea/modernizarea/extinderea sistemelor de management al traficului, inclusiv a sistemului de monitorizare video, precum și a altor sisteme de transport inteligente (STI) 2. Construirea/modernizarea/reabilitarea infrastructurii rutiere utilizate prioritar de transportul public urban de călători, în vederea reducerii emisiilor de echivalent CO2 din transportul rutier (Romanian)

The overall objective of the project is to reduce carbon emissions in the city of Sîngeorz-Băi, based on the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan. The project contributes to the achievement of the general objective by: asphalt of category 4 streets; construction of a cycle path; construction of a bridge dedicated exclusively to cycle paths and pedestrian paths; purchase of an electric minibus; rehabilitation of the pedestrian walkway over the Someșul Mare River (which is the unfinished objective of this project); purchase of bicycles and construction of two stations for them. This project contributes through the specific activities and objectives set to the achievement of specific objective 3.2 of Investment Priority 4e, i.e. to promote low-carbon strategies for all types of territories, in particular for urban areas, including the promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility and mitigation-relevant adaptation measures. The project falls under the specific actions supported by Specific Objective 3.2 of the ROP 2014-2020 (cf. section 4.3.1.1 of the Specific Guide) as it covers the following categories of eligible activities: A. Investments aimed at improving urban public passenger transport 2. Purchase of buses B. Investments for electric and non-motorised transport 2. Construction/upgrading/extension of cycle paths 3. Creation/upgrade/extension of bicycle rental systems (bike-sharing, bike-rental systems) 4. Construction/upgrading/extension of pedestrian areas and routes (tototuaries) C. Other investments aimed at reducing CO2 emissions in urban area 1. Creation/upgrade/extension of traffic management systems, including video monitoring system, and other Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) 2. Construction/modernisation/rehabilitation of road infrastructure used as a priority by urban public passenger transport in order to reduce CO2-equivalent emissions from road transport (English)
