Scopul proiectului Infiintarea unui proces inovator de productie la INTELIGENT CONVERGENT SOLUTIONS (ICOS) SRL” consta in dotarea societatii cu utilaje de productie pentru diversificarea activitatii, respectiv productia de controlerelor si sa se dezvolte pe piata pe care acesta va comercializa produsele, devenind un producator competitiv datorita tehnologiilor moderne ale echipamentelor ce se propuna fi achizitionate prin proiect. Astfel, prin implementarea proiectului propus se va asigura un flux tehnologic ingloband echipamente performante care vor permite realizarea de controlere inovative de calitate inalta. Totodata, proiectul ii va permite societatii extinderea pe o noua piata, unde oportunitatea investitiei este data de potentialul portofoliu de clienti si nu numai. Mai mult, echipamenetele ce vor fi achizitionate vor reduce impactul asupra mediului a activitatii realizate prin reducerea pierderilor de materie prima si deseuri datorita tehnologiilor noi , cat si datorita standardelor de calitate internationala pe care acestea le respecta. Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea societatii prin diversificarea activitatilor si domeniilor in care aceasta activeaza, prin achizitia de echipamente si inovarea procesului tehnologic al produselor firmei concomitent cu procesul de consolidare al pozitiei de piata. Prin prezentul proiect se realizeaza diversificarea activitatilor companiei, prin achizitia de echipamente moderne pentru realizarea de controlere, avand drept rezultat consolidarea pozitiei pe piata a societatii si facilitarea exploatarii economice a ideilor noi. Activitatea ce va fi defasurata vizeaza un domeniu competitiv identificat in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate. Acest obiectiv corespunde obiectivului specific al POR 2014-2020, Axa 2, Prioritatea de investiții 2.1. ”Promovarea spiritului antreprenorial, în special prin facilitarea exploatării economice a ideilor noi și prin încurajarea creării de noi întreprinderi, inclusiv prin incubatoare de afaceri”, respectiv consolidarea poziției pe piață a IMM-urilor în domenii competitive identificate în Strategia Națională de Competitivitate şi Planurile de Dezvoltare Regională , iar realizarea prezentului proiect va contribui la atingerea pragului dorit de POR. The goal of the project is to set up an innovative production process at INTELIGENT convergent SOLUTIONS (ICOS) SRL" is to equip the company with production equipment to diversify the activity, namely the production of controllers and to develop on the market on which it will market the products, becoming a competitive producer due to the modern technologies of the equipment that is proposed to be purchased through the project. Thus, the implementation of the proposed project will ensure a technological flow of high performance equipment that will allow the realisation of innovative high quality controllers. At the same time, the project will allow the company to expand on a new market, where the investment opportunity is given by the potential client portfolio and beyond. Moreover, the equipment that will be purchased will reduce the environmental impact of the activity achieved by reducing the losses of raw materials and waste due to new technologies, as well as due to the international quality standards they meet. The general objective of the project is the development of the company by diversifying the activities and areas in which it operates, through the acquisition of equipment and the innovation of the technological process of the company’s products while consolidating the market position. Through the present project, the diversification of the company’s activities is achieved, through the acquisition of modern equipment for the realisation of controllers, resulting in strengthening the market position of the company and facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas. The activity to be carried out is aimed at a competitive area identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy. This objective corresponds to the specific objective of the ROP 2014-2020, Axis 2, Investment Priority 2.1. “Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and encouraging the creation of new enterprises, including through business incubators”, i.e. strengthening the market position of SMEs in competitive areas identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans, and the implementation of this project will contribute to reaching the threshold desired by the ROP.
