    OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului este cresterea participarii a 658 persoane adulte cu varste intre 25-64 ani la programe de formare profesionala continua din Regiunea de Nord-Vest. Pe termen lung, acest proiect va genera urmatoarele efecte pozitive: Crearea de parteneriate cu firme de formare profesionala,asociatii profesionale,agentii de ocupare si plasare pentru formarea continua a propriilor angajati si/sau pentru identificarea de specialisti gata pregatiti pentru sectorul de activitate in care activati pentru angajare. Cresterea participarii unui numar de 658 de persoane din regiune la activitati de consiliere,formare profesionala si la sprijin educational individualizat. Sustenabilitate durabila a firmelor a caror angajati participa la actiunile oferite de proiect Prin diseminarea rezultatelor proiectului acestea pot fi folosite de catre alte organizatii ce nu au fost sustinute in proiect ca si exemplu de participare si incredere in proiectele cu finantare europeana si ca modele de buna practica pentru adaptarea organizatiilor la dinamicile sectoriale; Dupa finalizarea finantarii proiectului organizatiile ai caror angajati participa la formarea profesionala vor primi sprijin indirect prin reducerea costurilor proprii cu formarea profesionala a propriilor angajati si de a oferi produse si servicii pe piata cu cresteri calitative semnificative efectuate de o forta de munca calificata. Prin multiplicarea si diseminarea rezultatelor activitatilor proiectului la nivel local si regional prin conferinte se va crea o mai buna acceptiune din partea intreprinderilor catre formarea profesionala a propriilor angajati. Obiectivul general al proiectului este in concordanta cu obiectivul general pentru Programului Operational Capital Uman 2014-2020, Axa prioritară 6 – Educație și competențe Prioritatea de investiții 10.iii. – Îmbunătățirea accesului egal la învățarea pe tot parcursul vieții pentru toate grupurile de vârstă într-un cadru formal, non-formal sau informal, actualizarea cunoștințelor, a aptitudinilor și a competențelor forței de muncă și promovarea unor căi de învățare flexibile, inclusiv prin orientare profesională și prin validarea competențelor dobândite. Obiectiv Specific: O.S.6.12. – Creșterea participării la programele de formare profesională continuă, cu accent pe acei adulți, cu un nivel scăzut de calificare și persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, inclusiv prin recunoașterea și certificarea rezultatelor învățării dobândite în contexte non-formale și informale prin cresterea cu 658 persoane a participarii acestora la programe de formare continua. In particular activitatile proiectului vizeaza un numar de 204 persoane angajati care au un nivel scazut de calificare/sunt din mediul rural/persoane cu varsta peste 40 ani, adica 31% din totalul de 658 persoane angajati participante.     The GENERAL objective of the project is to increase the participation of 658 adults aged 25-64 in continuous training programs in the North-West Region. In the long term, this project will generate the following positive effects: Creating partnerships with professional training companies, professional associations, employment and placement agencies for the continuous training of their own employees and/or for the identification of specialists ready for the sector of activity in which you operate for employment. Increase the participation of 658 people from the region in counseling, professional training and individualised educational support. Sustainable sustainability of the companies whose employees participate in the actions offered by the project By disseminating the project results they can be used by other organisations that have not been supported in the project as an example of participation and trust in projects with European funding and as good practice models for adapting organisations to sectoral dynamics; After the completion of the project financing, the organisations whose employees participate in the training will receive indirect support by reducing their own costs with the professional training of their own employees and to provide products and services on the market with significant qualitative increases performed by a skilled workforce. By multiplying and disseminating the results of the project activities at local and regional level through conferences will create a better acceptance by enterprises towards the professional training of their own employees. The general objective of the project is in line with the general objective for Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 6 – Education and Skills Investment Priority 10.iii. Improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways, including through career guidance and validation of acquired competences. Specific objective: O.S.6.12. — Increasing participation in continuous vocational training programmes, with a focus on those low-skilled adults and those over 40 years old, in disadvantaged rural areas, including through the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts by increasing their participation in continuous training programmes by 658. In particular, the project activities target a number of 204 employees with a low level of qualification/are from rural/people over 40 years of age, i.e. 31 % of the total 658 participating employees.
