Obiectivul general al proiectului: Imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte, competente si aptitudini in cadrul intreprinderilor din zona ITI Delta Dunarii care-si desfasoara activitatea principala sau secundara intr-unul din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI sau care intentioneaza sa-si adapteze activitatea principala sau secundara la cel putin unul dintre aceste sectoare economice sau unul dintre domeniile de specializare inteligenta, prin derularea unei campanii de constientizare a angajatorilor din zona ITI Delta Dunarii cu privire la importanta si necesitatea participarii angajatilor la programe de formare continua, prin furnizarea de servicii de formare profesionala si de evaluare si certificare a competentelor dobandite in sistem non-formal si informal pentru 326 de angajati, precum si prin acordarea de sprijin acestor intreprinderi pentru elaborarea si introducerea unor programe de invatare la locul de munca. Prin implementarea proiectului, parteneriatul urmareste sprijinirea a minim 36 intreprinderi din zona ITI Delta Dunarii care-si desfasoara activitatea principala sau secundara intr-unul din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI sau care intentioneaza sa-si adapteze activitatea principala sau secundara la cel putin unul dintre aceste sectoare economice sau unul dintre domeniile de specializare inteligenta, prin urmatoarele 4 interventii: (I) organizarea si derularea unei campanii de constientizare a angajatorilor din zona ITI Delta Dunarii cu privire la importanta si necesitatea participarii angajatilor la programe de formare continua, care va avea 3 componente, respectiv (1) elaborarea si diseminarea unei brosuri de informare si constientizare a angajatorilor referitor la necesitatea si importanta formarii continue a angajatilor pentru cresterea performantelor acestora in plan profesional in concordanta cu cerintele locurilor de munca din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI, (2) derularea unei campanii de promovare in mediul online si (3) organizarea a 15 evenimente de informare si constientizare cu privire la importanta si necesitatea formarii profesionale continue a angajatilor; (II) furnizarea programelor de formare profesionala pentru 308 angajati din intreprinderii din zona ITI Delta Dunarii care-si desfasoara activitatea principala sau secundara intr-unul din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI sau care intentioneaza sa-si adapteze activitatea principala sau secundara la cel putin unul dintre aceste sectoare economice sau unul dintre domeniile de specializare inteligenta, conform Analizei sintetice a pietei muncii realizate de cei 4 parteneri, respectiv: 1 grupa=Cameri (Romanian)

General objective of the project: Improving the level of knowledge, competences and skills within the enterprises in the Danube Delta ITI area that carries out its main or secondary activity in one of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the SNC and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI or intending to adapt their main or secondary activity to at least one of these economic sectors or one of the fields of intelligent specialisation, by carrying out a campaign of awareness of employers in the Danube Delta ITI area regarding the importance and necessity of employee participation in continuous training programs, by providing professional training services and the evaluation and certification of skills acquired in the 3 rd place, as well as in the 3 rd place of work, as well as the need for employees to participate in continuous training programs, by providing professional training services and the evaluation and certification of skills acquired in the 3 rd place and non-formally, as well as for the development of non-formal training programmes, as well as in the 3 rd place of the Danube Delta. Through the implementation of the project, the partnership aims to support at least 36 enterprises in the Danube Delta ITI area that carry out their main or secondary activity in one of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI or which intend to adapt their main or secondary activity to at least one of these economic sectors or one of the fields of intelligent specialisation, through the following 4 interventions: (I) organising and conducting a campaign to raise awareness among employers in the Danube Delta ITI area regarding the importance and necessity of employees’ participation in continuous training programs, which will have 3 components, respectively (1) the development and dissemination of a brochure for information and awareness of employers regarding the need and importance of continuous training of employees in order to increase their performance in professional terms in accordance with the requirements of the jobs in the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI, (2) running a promotion campaign in the online environment and (3) organising 15 information and awareness events regarding the importance and necessity of the employee; (II) providing professional training programs for 308 employees from enterprises in the ITI Delta Danube area who carry out their main or secondary activity in one of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI or who intend to adapt their main or secondary activity to at least one of these economic sectors or one of the fields of intelligent specialisation, according to the Synthetic Analysis of the Labour Market carried out by the 4 partners, namely: 1 group=Camers (English)
