Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in imbunatatirea regenerarii fizice, economice si sociale a comunitatii urbane marginalizate "ZUM 3 – Elie Radu – Nucului – Parcului " din Municipiul Botosani printr-o abordare complexa, reprezentand un prim pas in rezolvarea problemelor infrastructurale, sociale si economice concentrate in acesta zona devaforizata si marginalizata. Proiectul isi propune amenajarea unui parculet public care sa cuprinda zone de relaxare precum spatii de joaca; zone de sport; spatii de relaxare, astfel incat comunitatea sa beneficieze de îmbunatățirea condițiilor spatiilor exterioare, diminuarea nivelului de poluare si in vederea incurajarii participarii cetatenilor la activitatile sociale, culturale si educative, promovand astfel incluziunea sociala a populatiei marginalizate. Proiectul vine în întâmpinarea obiectivului general al Programului Operational Regional de „Crestere a competitivitatii economice si îmbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze în mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic” si a Obiectivului Specific OS 4.3 "Imbunatatirea regenerarii fizice, economice si sociale a comunitatilor marginalizate in municipiile resedinta de judet din Romania" prin realizarea unei investitii in facilitati de petrecere a timpului liber, facilitati pentru activitati sportive si recreationale, contribuind astfel la combaterea segregarii si consolidarea coeziunii sociale a populatiei efectate. The general objective of the project is to improve the physical, economic and social regeneration of the marginalised urban community “ZUM 3 – Elie Radu – Nucului – Parcului” in Botosani Municipality through a complex approach, representing a first step in solving the infrastructural, social and economic problems concentrated in this area devaforised and marginalised. The project aims to set up a public park that includes relaxation areas such as playgrounds; sports areas; relaxation spaces, so that the community benefits from improving the conditions of the external spaces, reducing the level of pollution and in order to encourage the participation of citizens in social, cultural and educational activities, thus promoting the social inclusion of the marginalised population. The project meets the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme of “Enhancing economic competitiveness and improving the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress” and the Specific Objective OS 4.3 “Improving physical regeneration, economic and social of marginalised communities in the municipalities of county residence in Romania” by making an investment in leisure facilities, facilities for sporting and recreational activities, thus contributing to fighting segregation and strengthening the social cohesion of the population.
