Dezvoltarea durabilă a unei societăți se poate realiza doar abordând integrat nevoile și problemele comunității. Pornind de la aceste premize, se urmărește dezvoltarea infrastructurii fizice de bază, dar și îmbunătățirea serviciilor educaționale, culturale, furnizate la nivelul orașului Bălan. Astfel, obiectivul general al proiectului vizează îmbunătățirea calității vieții locuitorilor din orașul Bălan, prin derularea intervențiilor la nivelul clădirii Bagolyvar, a școlii Geo Bogza, a 4 terenuri degradate, cât și a străzii Hășmaș. The sustainable development of a society can only be achieved by addressing the needs and problems of the community in an integrated manner. Based on these premises, the aim is to develop the basic physical infrastructure, as well as to improve educational, cultural services provided at the level of Balan. Thus, the general objective of the project is to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the city of Bălan, by carrying out interventions at the level of Bagolyvar building, Geo Bogza school, 4 degraded lands and Hăşmaș street.
