The general objective-increasing of the company’s competition, as a result of the refurbishment and diversification of production activities; B. Specific objectives: 1.Improving the technological process by increasing the level of automation, reducing utility consumption, increasing production yields; 2.Improving the quality of products and adapting the company to European standards in the production process; 3.Increase labour production and reduce specific consumptions with direct influence on production costs; 4.Diversification of manufactured products resulting in improved competitiveness in the company’s market.
