Obiectivul general al proiectului "DIVERSIFICAREA ACTIVITATII FIRMEI TUMIK IMPEX SRL" este realizarea unei investitii initiale, in vederea imbunatatirii competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii, intr-un sector competitiv, identificat in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate. Obiectivul va fi atins prin achizitionarea de echipamente in vederea fabricarii betonului de ultima generatie, achizitonarea de software pentru monitorizare flote si a echipamentelor in vederea folosirii surselor de energie regenerabila si de diminuare a deseurilor, ca urmare a realizarii activitatilor propuse prin proiect. Proiectul raspunde Prioritatii de Investitii 2.2 prin: - Dezvoltarea economica a societatii TUMIK IMPEX SRL datorita achizitionarii de noi echipamente ce vor asigura o productivitate marita a activitatilor actuale, angajarii de personal si cresterea vizibilitatii pe plan international prin participarea la targuri. - Axarea societatii pe o noua piata aflata in plina crestere intr-un domeniu competitiv identificat in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate si Planurile Regionale de Dezvoltare. - Realizarea unei investitii initiale ce include masuri de imbunatatire a calitatii mediului inconjurator si masuri de asigurare a egalitatii de sanse si tratament. The general objective of the project “diversification of TUMIK IMPEX SRL” is to achieve an initial investment, in order to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labor productivity, in a competitive sector, identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. The objective will be achieved by purchasing equipment in order to manufacture the latest generation concrete, purchasing software for monitoring fleets and equipment in order to use renewable energy sources and waste reduction as a result of the activities proposed by the project. The project responds to the Investment Priority 2.2 by: — The economic development of TUMIK IMPEX SRL due to the acquisition of new equipment that will ensure an increased productivity of current activities, staff employment and international visibility through participation in fairs. — Focusing the company on a new growing market in a competitive field identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. — Making an initial investment that includes measures to improve the quality of the environment and measures to ensure equal opportunities and treatment.
