Consolidarea capacității instituționale a Primăriei Municipiului Focșani prin introducerea de instrumente de planificare strategică, sisteme si standarde de management al calității și performanței pentru optimizarea proceselor administrative ale primăriei și adoptarea unor măsuri de simplificare a furnizării serviciilor către cetățeni și mediul de afaceri, prin implementarea unor sisteme informatice inovative. Prin acest proiect se urmărește: realizarea unei strategiei de dezvoltare durabilă 2021 - 2027 a municipiului Focșani, implementarea unui sistem de management al performanței și extinderea sistemului actual de management al calității, implementarea unor sisteme informatice pentru dezvoltarea și creșterea gradului de sofisticare a serviciilor online furnizate către cetățeni, inclusiv prin digitalizarea arhivei la nivelul Primăriei Municipiului Focșani, contribuind astfel la îndeplinirea obiectivului specific 2.1 al POCA "Introducerea de sisteme și standarde comune în administrația publica locala ce optimizează procesele orientate catre beneficiari în concordanță cu SCAP". Implementarea acestui proiect va avea ca efect atât imbunatatirea prin optimizare a proceselor interne ale institutiei, cât și simplificarea administrativă a serviciilor furnizate către cetățeni/mediu de afaceri, contribuind astfel la atingerea obiectivelor Strategiei pentru consolidarea administratiei publice 2014-2020 (SCAP) - II.1.4, II.3, II.4, II.5 și II.6 , III.1 și III.2. Mentionam faptul ca proiectul contribuie la atingerea rezultatelor si indicatorilor POCA, asa cum se va detalia in sectiunile urmatoare. (Romanian)

Strengthening the institutional capacity of Focșani City Hall by introducing strategic planning tools, quality and performance management systems and standards for optimising the administrative processes of the City Hall and adopting measures to simplify the provision of services to citizens and business, by implementing innovative IT systems. This project aims to: achieving a sustainable development strategy 2021-2027 of Focșani municipality, implementing a performance management system and expanding the current quality management system, implementing IT systems to develop and increase the sophistication of online services provided to citizens, including by digitising the archive at Focșani City Hall level, thus contributing to the achievement of POCA’s specific objective 2.1 “Introducing common systems and standards in local public administration that optimises beneficiary-oriented processes in line with SCAP”. The implementation of this project will have the effect of both improving by optimising the institution’s internal processes and administrative simplification of the services provided to citizens/business environment, thus contributing to achieving the objectives of the Strategy for the Strengthening of Public Administration 2014-2020 (SCAP) – II.1.4, II.3, II.4, II.5 and II.6, III.1 and III.2. We mention that the project contributes to the achievement of POCA results and indicators, as will be detailed in the following sections. (English)
