Projekt je zaměřen na zvýšení společenského uplatnění osob soc. vyloučených či vyloučením ohrožených, na zvýšení jejich sociálních kompetencí i uplatnění na trhu práce, a to prostřednictvím působení terénních komunitních pracovníků. Ti budou pracovat s osobami z cílových skupin (CS) zejména v soc. vyloučených a problémových lokalitách města Náchoda, ale dle potřeby se budou věnovat všem osobám z definované CS na území města a jeho okolí. The project aims at increasing the societal application of people in need of exclusion or exclusion to increase their social competences, as well as the labour market, through the outreach of community workers. They will work with persons from the target group (CS), in particular in the areas of exclusion and problem areas of the town of Náchod, but will, as appropriate, address all persons of the defined CS on the territory of the city and its surrounding area.
