    Cílem projektu je pomoci organizaci JITRO Olomouc, o.p.s. s vytvořením systému procesů zaměřených na plnění standardů kvality sociálních služeb a pomoci s rozvojem kvality poskytování služeb klientům. Cílů bude dosaženo prostřednictvím poradenství, které bude organizaci poskytnuto odbornými konzultanty a pomocí supervizí, které nasměrují zaměstnance správným směrem. Doplňkově bude v rámci projektu proškoleno 12 zaměstnanců organizace v akreditovaných kurzech. Výstupem bude zpracovaná metodika. (Czech)
